The girl who checked us in was less than helpful or nice, I think we interuppted her phone conversation, she told us room 220 wrote down 120 then we had to go back to the desk because our key card wouldn't open either door. Finally get into the room and the shades look like moths attacked them as there are several holes in the shades. So that made us feel like things were a bit filthy. Then while I'm at a funeral I get a call from the hotel asking if someone can go into our room to fix a broken door. We told them no. When we got back to the hotel getting in our room was ridiculous as the door at that point was now broken. It was not broken when we first went in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable I actually hurt my neck sleeping on it. There was no comforter just a blanket in between 2 sheets???? Then continental breakfast we went at about 930 I believe and there was 1 spoonful of eggs and no meat so we went to dunkins and went home. Definitely not at all worth the money I paid to just have a place to sleep for 1 night.

Not accessible no elevator and I had 3 kids with me plus a car seat stroller so it was hard to get upstairs , first room floor was so sticky and my feet stuck to the floor there was a horrible smell coming from the room like rotting food it was the mini fridge so they moved my room. Second room was okay but when I went to check out there was a roach on the floor.

Bugs were found in the room. TV wasn't working properly. Bed is uncomfortable. The ceiling looks like it's falling apart (Water stains everywhere). The building definitely needs an upgrade and has potential.

The Receptionist was very helpful. The hotel was super clean and much of the hotel appeared to be new. It was a very good value ( benefit to price).

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Air was musty and no way to open the window to fix that. Headboard was dirty. People loitering outside asking for money.

The place should be closed by the Health Ministry. Moldy bathrooms, mildew everywhere on curtains, terrible smell, BROKEN FRONT DOOR - which doesn't close unless pushed from the side to make it upright!

location very noisy, rooms very basic, more or less clean. Had to change room twice to get a decent one. The first smelled cigarette, the second with the king bed was facing highway , too noisy. Had to pay a surcharge for a double bed room on the other side of the hotel to have calm.

Practical was 15 mn from my destination, had room and was less expensive than all the others.

The breakfast was lacking. They ran out of eggs twice breakfast supposed to end at 9 o’clock and refused to put more eggs in around 820.

Asked for no stairs. 1st floor room entry lock was broken. Had to move to 2nd floor (stairs). Neighboring room had a loud party all night long. HVAC system sounds like a B-17 flying overhead.

their was NO BODY SOAP IN THE SHOWER CONTAINERS WHAT SO EVER ... WE HAD TO ASK FOR SOME AFTER GETTING IN THE SHOWER ..... THATS PRETTY SAD! & The body towels were like hand towel size tooooo small

The room was dirty. Gross stuff on the wall it look like oatmeal on the painting. Snot on the walls. Breakfast was not good either. I would like some kind of reimbursement.
