Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe front desk person was not very friendly. We were staying with our pet and had to go through security every time we took her outside. The walls were thin because we heard 2 alarm clocks going off in other rooms in the middle of the night. Stains on carpet.
There was a lot of parking. Bathroom was spacious, beds were comfortable. Liked the bottles of water. Liked that there were restaurants on site.

United StatesThe hotel itself while it was remodeled could use improvements. First the walls are paper thin. Heard room next door blasting music. Next the bathroom outlet was not properly installed and couldn't be used. No way to use a hair dryer. There was hair in the sink and bathroom countertop. Yuck! Only one coffee cup had to share that one. Restaurants were expensive and hours didn't make sense. No vending machines!!!! Other than that 👍
Loved the casino. Had the best time there and won some money.

United StatesThe bed is worn out on 1 side. Probably just from people sitting on the side of it. So sleeping was not very comfortable. At the fry house restaurant..I think thats the name. The food wasn't that good and the serving size of the cole slaw it those ketchup cups was ridiculous for the price we paid. To charge 25.00 a night for a microwave is ridiculous

United StatesI've stayed multiple times, and the rooms did not have a microwave at all. All the rooms should have microwaves. During this stay, the bathroom floor had footprints and hair on the floor(wasn't mopped). The shower didn't look as clean and had hair on the shower floor. The counter wasn't very clean. Overall, my stays have been great, but this last room could have definitely been cleaned better.
I loved the room and the size of the room. The bed was very comfy.

United StatesAccess from the interstate to the hotel. We missed the turn for the hotel parking and ended at the back of the casino at the parking garage. It was a long way to haul our luggage from the garage via elevator through the casino to the hotel front desk. Also, I understand the rules and security issues, but it was a bit annoying to go through a metal detector and to show the driver's license every time we wanted to retun to the room from the car and/or lobby.
We didn't gamble, just stayed for a night on our long way home along with our well-behaved dog. Loved the hotel room very much: very safe, spacious, clean, modern, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows and with much appealing and well appointed bathrom. Had my best sleep at night for as long as I can remember. I would definitely stay again at this hotel when in and around Memphis.
