The floor was dirty, there were dog hair on the couch, plastic plant in the room had bird poop on it, quite disgusting... When we checked in, the lockbox was empty (we got the instructions on the day of the arrival to get the key with a given code from that). I called the given number twice. The person I talked to at the end was quite rude, told me to check the door for the key, it must be there (as it would be obvious despite their instructions). The door was closed, and there was no key. My husband then rang on the front door, the owner was kind and immediately handed a key to us.

Private pool is really nice, the room is spacious.

Floor was so dirty. Also kitchen equipment was too little. Only two spoons,knifes,forks.. We buy our own kitchen stuff. There was problem with electricity. First Day we tried to Cook but electricity stop work. Luckily The host bring us to extensioncoard. Last night The livingroom lights turn off..

Room was very nice For a small family like us. It was very easy to be with a toddler. Own pool was nice but the Pool Area was really dirty.

The central AC stands outside at the Patio but right next to the Bedroom and is very loud and you are not able to turn it off. It wasn't running at nights though. Maybe the Owner could change that somehow, then it is the perfect place to stay.

The Studio is in good shape, it is clean and the Bed is comfortable. Good and save Neighborhood. We had the pool to ourselves.

Loud neighbors, not much privacy, street parking was a challenge. Hotels are similarly priced and offer more privacy. It's somewhat run down.

Could have been cleaner what appeared to be dog hairs on sofa, noise from upstairs ie: walking and talking, pool was dirty and unusable, nowhere to put luggage when opening apart from floor. Dirty laundry left in laundry room throughout our stay.

The reservation said onsite parking and I arrived and was told I had to park on the street. It was unusually cold for LA but the heat was not turned on until the last night. I had to walk down a dark alley to get to my room. There were lights but there was nowhere to turn them on.

The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, sheets were very nice

The studio apartment was just amazing. Amazing in size, comfortability, equipment - it was very nice. Our hosts, Julie and Mike were very helpful and friendly, left us with all the information before we arrived and left the place ready for us in a perfect, clean and ordered condition. The kitchen was easy to navigate, as a small recommendation to our hosts, we would appreciate more sharp knives (as cutting vegetables was a bit tricky haha:)), but it was very cozy place, in amazing, safe and calm area in the North of LA. We would definitely stay again if visiting LA. Thank you for making our experience so nice!

that i didnt have my privacy with my family the owner lives over there the studio its the garage and she was all the time in the laundry (same place to go in to the studio so same door for the laundry same for the studio) her and the cleaning lady also they was all the time in there with the noise we couldnt even sleep it was worst.... and by the way they having refund my $300 deposit back!! and they also send me this for giving my opinion jajajaja

The location was nice. It was peaceful and quiet. Parking was easy. It was close to places to eat and the grocery store. It was clean. Had no issues.
