Owner was exceptional regarding questions about the property . We had issues with Booking.com app and did not receive updates in a timely manner. We contacted owner and he picked up on first ring and immediately sent us info we needed .

It’s not about not liking the home because we liked it a lot. The owner always answered any questions and was kind and helpful! Being I am a bit of a clean freak I wish there was a broom or vacuum.

The house was very clean. The location was a short walk into town which was nice. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyed seating on the front porch relaxing. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely come back.

Anything with a loved & used house is in need of TLC some times. A few broken tiles in downstairs also three (3) posts on outside 2nd story balcony were broken on top of posts. ENJOYED ALL

Downstairs Bedroom with bathroom. Also, Downstairs was a half bath with laundry room behind closet doors. Space & ALL Room Great for us. Great location, just where we needed to visit. ENJOYED ALL

The some of the beds were not very comfortable.

I like the location. Short walk to downtown area or local winery down the road. At night was a little creepy walking back from downtown but there were a lot of us. We enjoyed having a fire pit and a nice yard to sit outside in the evening.

Overall property was great. Truly only complaints were there were no fans in the upstairs rooms and there was no full length mirror.

Plenty of room! There were 3 different sitting areas indoors, 4 porches, including the front upstairs being closed in. We also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit.

Would be nice if the advertised fire pit in the back was gas....it was wood burning..and we didn't want to mess with that! It was cool evenings when we were there!

4 bedrooms for 4 women. Great! Nice kitchen with Keurig coffee pot and pods supplied (10) 1 bedroom downstairs with private bathroom. And 1 half bath beside it. Upstairs 3 bedrooms and only 1 full bath. Contacted owner after our stay to suggest new shower heads and her maintenance guy replaced them that day, along with light bulbs we reported were out.

The water pressure in the downstairs bathroom was very weak.

It was a bit run down looking on the outside and it was hot inside when we checked in. Took awhile to cool down. No ice in freezer so had to go out and buy some while waited for ice maker.

Loved the layout of this home. Large living spaces on both first floor and second floor perfect for big families. Lovely interior and Comfortable beds. Good location although was a bit too far for us to walk to St George St. Host was wonderful and responded immediately to every question and request!

There wasn't anything I didn't like, I corresponded with the host who was extremely nice and pleasant. There is no question that I will be booking the property again in the future. The gusts that were with me will also agree that the property is top notch.

The location is excellent, very close walking distance to historic downtown. Didn't have breakfast but the Blue Hen is located right around the block from the property. I would definitely recommend the property.

The property is in poor condition. This includes soiled mattresses, damaged furniture, broken BBQ, broken tiles, broken plug sockets, broken cupboard doors, termite droppings, loose wires where there should be smoke detectors, stained/marked walls and is generally in need of significant refurbishment.

The property is in a good location as advertised.

there was nothing to dislike about it.

It was a lovely house close to town but in a quiet neighborhood. The fire pit in the backyard was a nice place to end a busy day with a glass of wine.
