The front desk member was a bit abrupt at first (was frustrated with booking.com issue). The issue was nothing on either his or our end and he apologized for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, it took around 45 minutes to get our room due to third party booking reasons with Booking.

The pull out was a twin size. So this room does not fit for a family of 6. I had to go to the front desk several times to get all the necessary sheets and pillows when there is a huge closet they should have been stored in. My husband had to sleep on the couch as there was not enough room.

Bathroom seemed limited for a hotel that has a pool, no place to hang wet swimsuits or towels, also no luck on sliding bathroom door.

our AC unit was making weird loud noises and it was too late to switch rooms so didn’t sleep very well. Reminder, #320 needs to be look at.

The hallways were quite cold as was my room until I got the thermostat adjusted up about 5 degrees from where it was set. There was a cove tile missing in the bathroom but other than these nitpicks, it's quite a good hotel. There was an automatic incidental charge added to my bill that I wasn't made aware of but, again, that's nitpicky once it comes off.

The hotel's team was outstanding and clearly well trained. Everyone I interacted with was personable, professional and knew what they were doing. I'd cheerfully stay there again if I'm anywhere near that area. The breakfast presentation was clean, quality of the food was as good as one expects from a limited service hotel's complimentary breakfast and the attendant was spot on with everything from refresh to cleanup.

We had an issue with our reservation that was booked via booking.com and I was charged incorrectly. I tried to manage calling the hotel and they asked me to talk with booking.com. Booking.com asked me to call back the hotel to solve the issue. In the end I had to open a dispute with the credit card company

The glass door on the bathroom dragged on the carpet and didn’t close properly. Also, the front desk clerk was NOT respectful of my request to not have my room number said out loud. I have traveled, both alone and with my husband, for years, and I’ve never had a problem with this before yesterday. I have heard stories of women who had their rooms broken into because the front desk clerk said the room number out loud. This clerk could tell I was uncomfortable and asked if everything was alright. I said no and explained why not. She got defensive and said “it’s a company policy that we have to say the room number out loud.” I don’t believe that for a minute; I think she was embarrassed that I called her out on questionable and unsafe behavior.
