The pool area felt a bit lacking. Looks like the humidity of the pool was having an impact on the walls and ceiling.

Good place to stop on a cross country trip. The beds were very comfortable.

I didn't like that I was not made aware of the deposit. Went from 480 to 550. I am still waiting for the deposit back. I will probably never stay here again when I can stay down the street for less and have the exact same amenities with out the deposit. We are a family and paying that deposit cut into money we could have used for food and fun on our vacation.

Hallway carpet could’ve used a vacuuming. Had to go downstairs three times to get back into my room

Didn’t have breakfast. My door lock needed the battery changed and that was taken care of very efficiently. The room size and set up was very nice.

The air conditioner barely worked, so the room was hot & uncomfortable. Pool was over chlorinated. No outlets to plug in devices could be located by either bed.

Location to MAC was perfect. Plenty of parking was available. Reception staff was friendly.

We had to call maintenance about the toilet which seemed to fill it's tank at odd times even though it had not been flushed.

The hot tub was down for repair. We always try to stay where there is a hot tub so this was a let down. The breakfast was only fair at best.

The staff is what made the stay wonderful. The hotel was clean and comfortable but it was the staff that did a wonderful job of making you feel welcome. Being able to park my Harley Davidson motorcycle upfront under the awning is a big plus that I will remember for my next trip. I stay in that area often.

Drain in shower was very slow, pooled up quickly.

Room was spacious and beds comfortable. Liked the microwave and fridge. Jacuzzi was nice, but water feature in pool area was very loud, so not so relaxing in jacuzzi. Breakfast was good, coffee needs to be hotter.

the breakfast was a big let down. there wasn’t much variety to pick from (one kind of fruit, only milk as a cold option), cereal was dry, and French toast soggy. we just chose to eat something else which stinks when you’re already paying a big price for a room it’s nice to have breakfast taken care of in the bill too. the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. there were hairs in our shower from previous guests.

good location for passing through- next to lots of food and a big pass pro. not far off the interstate. staff was friendly, check in was fast and efficient, and beds were comfy!

The room refrigerator should sit on a table. It is nearly impossible for older people to get down on the floor to get their food and then get back up again. The refrigerator is on the floor in every hotel we have stayed in. I am 82 years old, and it's getting harder and harder.

Breakfast area designed for large groups. Couples and individuals forced to eat at the bar, Clumsy! Only yogurt was unsweetened and from a large bowl. Hot foods only available as prepackaged. should be better at these prices. cups for juice too small. Insufficient variety of baked goods.

Great room. Very spacious. Lots of counter space in bathroom. Comfortable couch. Good bed.
