our water was a disappointment. we never got hot water. If we did, it would burn us! Then the pillows were not comfy at all.

The hotel needs a refresh. The first thing I noticed entering the room was a musty, somewhat moldy smell which was alarming. I think it was an overworked air conditioning unit. The air conditioner was set at 63, which seemed crazy, but it turns out that's what was needed to maintain a temp in the low 70s. When I turned it up to 72, the room got hot, so the thermostat clearly wasn't calibrated correctly. Inside the room, I couldn't detect a moldy smell. It was just upon entry, but made a bad first impression. The room needed a paint job -- lots of chipped corners, etc. I was surprised there were no USB charging outlets, or if there were they weren't readily obvious. There was only one ice machine, on the first floor, which made me feel like I couldn't duck out of the room in my jammies for a quick ice run. Finally, the communal shampoo and conditioner in the shower totally skeeved me out. I'm not comfortable using the same bottle of shampoo as who knows how many people I don't know, from a screw bottle with an easily removed cap. If you're going to give me a new, wrapped soap -- and, please, do -- don't give me easily adulterated who knows how hygienic it is community shampoo.

The staff was great, and the location was perfect for my needs. Breakfast was extensive and ample. The room itself was well laid out, and huge. If I were staying for longer than one night, I'd want a room like this.

My reservation was not completed with booking.com in their computer system and the assistant manager continued to work with me to rectify the problem. She was very professional while helping others check in to the hotel.

There's not a whole lot I didn't like I'd have to say the room location itself was a bit time consuming as it was at the very left end of the 3rd floor so the hallway walk was a but tippy but it is what it is

The room was clean, comfy and the facilital parts about it were fantastic, the location of the hotel itself was real close by everything I needed and over all a good time

Everything was very dirty looking, you could tell they cleaned but the couch had stairs on it, bathroom door knob was broken, shower was so small. The hotel room definitely needs a fresh makeover. Bed was super uncomfortable and the thermostat didn’t work. Overall the staff were INCREDIBLY. But the room is was not acceptable to be.

The water pipes knocked very loudly everytime we flushed the toilet in our room or the people in the next room flushed theirs. It woke me up several times and prevented me from getting a good night's sleep

The construction is this area is very confusing and roads are horrible. But once construction is complete "yeah someday", the area were the facilities are is very modern and has a newness feel to it.

I absolutely love the cheerful and always friendly staff! Rooms are very modern, comfortable, and spacious. Heard no noises or traffic. They also had a bar. Breakfast the next morning was very good too.

The staff were very accommodating as they let me check in at 10:00 a.m.! Also, we needed masks to board our Uber and they happily provided them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The shower in the room was disfunctional. It was obvious because of the mold around the tile at the base of the shower that it has leaked before. The door was very difficult to even get open.

Ladies working at the breakfast were cheerful and helpful!
