Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Clean, comfortable, great room with real desk area. Nice lobby, some restaurants are at 5/10 min walk. Haven't heard the driveway that much despite being very close

United StatesThe refrigerator in our room was too cold therefore froze our food to the point it was not possible to eat. The breakfast was good but lacking vegetables. The pool was not heated enough. It's a shame there's no jacouzi.

Our stay was wonderful. We decided to stay at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fishkill because we didn't find room at Beacon. The hotel is super clean and confortable.
