You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesI loved everything! I didn't read the fine print and they will add $20 incidentals fee, but before the charge goes through, that is dropped off.
Staff was friendly and nice, breakfast had a variety and tasted great. We had 5 adults and the room was roomy and comfortable as we as a great price!

United StatesThe hotel should publish their housekeeping schedule on their website. The rooms are not cleaned everynight. This should be communicated to all guests when they checkin, so they know what to expect. The main areas of the hotel are very clean, but I am sad that my individual room was never cleaned for a 4-night stay.
The hotel is great. It is in a convenient location and the rooms have the most comfortable beds.

I called on May 2nd to cancel my reservation. that was the last day that I could cancel. Nobody answered the phone when I called numerous times. I finally got ahold of Booking on the 3rd but they said to contact the hotel because it was one day late. I have emailed twice and received NO response. We have stayed at a SpringHill quite a few times. I was charged the entire nights fee of over $300 and never set foot in the building. We will never stay at a Marriott again.

United States1) the tv was misplaced and uncomfortable to watch 2) the staff would not allow us to have a late checkout which was fine. But the way she denied the request was annoying and disrespectful. She asked if we had a Marriott number, I said yes, found the number. Only after she looked it up, did she say we needed to be a god member. Why not just ask me… are you a gold member? Her smile was fake like she was being coy. This is just not cool. She should be fired.

United StatesFor that caliber of hotel the internet service was terrible! Pretty much non existent. I needed to check weather and plan my route for the next day. I was VERY disappointed when something as simple as weather and maps couldn't load due to slow internet. The Apps actually timed out without loading any data.
The people were terrific, the hotel is new so all facilities were very nice.

United StatesI asked for a late checkout. The woman at the front desk said the hotel was completely booked for that night and they could not help me. I looked on the website and was given multiple options for a room for that night, so it wasn't completely booked and I could have had a late check out. When I presented her with this information she then said it was too late to ask for a late check out and there is nothing she could do. It was 830 am when I asked. She lied. And told another lie. I was really disappointed. The entire stay was perfect, except for her.
