The beds are a little hard for us.

This place is clean, well organized, and friendly. It’s in a quiet location. Also, the same staff is there from year to year. That’s says a lot about the management.

The only issues during our stay was the pool was closed. The staff kept us updated on if it would be opened or not.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Our room was located in the perfect spot for our toddler to get the best night’s sleep. We were very impressed with the breakfast, much better than any other hotel we’ve stayed at. Definitely plan on staying here again when we make a trip back to the area.

The pool is a little small and the water was a little chilly, but the grandkids enjoyed it!!

Amazing hotel. Beautiful lobby and rooms. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Weekend breakfast was good and the coffee was exceptional. Our family had 4 kings size suites booked and we were all on the first floor very close to each other. The trundle bed under the sofa sleeper came in very handy. The bathroom was amazing!! The lobby was a great place for our family to gather and spend time together. Kids enjoyed the playing cards and using the pool.

I do feel the hotel was just perfect for our needs. If I could change/add anything, I would like to see a fireplace in the lobby area in the evening with just a little bit more lighting. It would definitely make the area a bit more cozy.

We loved everything about the hotel! We had previously stayed in a Springhill Suites Hotel in a different state on another trip and liked our experience that we now look for Springhill Suites whenever we travel. It's fresh and new! The room size is large. At this location we had a walk-in closet which was wonderful. The bathroom was large enough for more than one of us to be in there at the same time. The lighting was terrific which is always a PLUS for my daughters and me when it comes to fixing hair and applying make-up. Great shower with terrific water pressure!!! Beds super comfortable. Nice selection of breakfast foods in the morning. Great space in the lobby for playing games. Other families were down there doing the same as us. While we didn't use the pool or work out room, both were very clean and inviting. The pool had several guests truly enjoying themselves.

the bartender was late and not a very good bartender. We ordered two drinks the bill was 18.99 took $40.00 and didn't give us any change. We asked about it and she said she thought it was a tip. Drinks were very expensive for the small pour you received! Would not recommend having a drink at the bar.

My only small complaint was the trundle. I stayed with my daughter and her 2 friends. I slept on the trundle on the other side of the glass wall, made the layout perfect for us. I was lazy and did pull out trundle and woke with a terrible back ache, which was probably my fault. Next time I will share a bed or maybe figure out how the trundle works.

The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of variety. Muffins and breads were all individually wrapped. The lady running the breakfast area was very friendly and attentive. Not sure when this hotel opened, but everything seemed brand new. This will be our go to in Kenosha!

We usually have to get two rooms so finding this was nice!! We had a double queen trundle for our family of 6. Worked perfectly: 2 in each queen and the trundle pulls out so 1 on the couch and one on the trundle. Very clean, new place that looks upscale without breaking the bank. Huge closet which we didn't need but nice nonetheless. Beds were good. Bring your own pillow if you prefer it firm.

Hotel is new. Still smells of paint. Perfect facility. Great staff. And has laundry. Which is great if you're on a longer journey. Loved it
