Our shower leaked all over the floor, soaking the towel in front of it every shower. A hot tub would be a really nice addition.

Room design was really smart and contemporary. Breakfast was hot and had several choices.

Here is a wonderful and sweet hotel with a large room space. There are 2 comfortable queen beds and a large sofa bed for a family with 3 or 4 kids and a warm air conditioner in winter. Abundant breakfast is also included.

Made the reservation in error. I contacted the hotel immediately to let them know. The front desk said they couldn’t do anything g about and to contact booking.com. I had already contacted them. Booking.com responded that the hotel had the option to refund. Bottom line- i am a longtime Marriott member. Very disappointing.

Awakened by fire alarm at 1 am. It was very unsettling and upsetting, and hard to get back to sleep after it finally stopoed. Upon checkout, asked about compensation and was told they would ask the manager. No compensation was given. I would never recommend a hotel that doesn't seem to care about it's guests comfort. I will not be choosing this hotel again.

1. Being given a room right next to a family with a CRYING BABY whose screaming cries woke us up at the crack of dawn when we most needed the rest/sleep. Babies can't help doing what they do because they're babies; however, this poor kid was screaming/crying when the family checked in---so to put them next to a family that needed sleep before driving 15 hours straight---NOT GOOD!!!! 2. The small, salty pool --- and its slightly dirty/hairy shower area made it a NOPE for the intended morning dip in the pool I try to get in each day. 3. Our room was a bowling-alley narrow, tight space that didn't have the room to roam as we are used to and if you can avoid using the trundle---do it as the trundle takes up foot space unless you like banging your foot into the edge of the trundle---OUCH! Bring your own shampoo/conditioner ----theirs is NOT for easy-to-tangle hair.

Liked the staff. They were pleasant at every turn in the hotel. The breakfast was the worst experience of all the major hotels my family has ever had. The selection of food (pork over turkey sausage or turkey bacon); (wide chunky bread suited for french toast yet served as morning bread); NO plain yogurt but the toppings available; no plant base milk, waffle machine hidden from view, no coffee available. . . .WORST. And this was ONE of the reasons we chose SpringHill Suites.

Just a few things, the bathroom floor looked like it had not been mopped and the desk area had dust so maybe the cleaning wasn’t the best but it wasn’t horrible.

Location, the breakfast was amazing and the staff were really friendly. The bed was really comfortable and we liked the black out curtains.

There was a draft under our hearing/cooling unit. The room was very cold even with the heat turned on. In the morning we saw light coming in from under the unit and realized we could see outside. We had a baby in the room with us and we were concerned about it being cold in the room all night for her.

The staff were pleasant and the room was clean.
