The only thing that could've been better was at breakfast, the time we went down, there were no plates for the hot food. Minor, but this is the only thing that could've been better. However, overall the breakfast was good.

Excellent stay. Clean room, good location, and staff was friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

The stay would have been better if we could of got a hot meal instead of paper sack with a muffin for breakfast. Also, with what is being paid per night to stay there would be nice not have to an additional fee for parking or being told you can park a block away and walk back.

Breakfast ends too early and let’s not working.

Door key for room didn’t work.. had it exchanged out twice and still didn’t work. Finally got it straightened out after two trips. Breakfast ends entirely too early. Very disappointed.

I called about 3 weeks in advance to make sure the age police I was told 18. When arriving and checking to the hotel however I was denied upon arrival even though I confirmed the age. Later I was charged and extra 300 dollars from the hotel for my rooms which were pre paid. When realizing the charges me extra the manger told me it would be 5-7 days. It took 2 weeks for my money to be back. Also the manger never put in the transaction for a refund instead just left it in the air.

The facilities and the overall staying there was nice also the backers were very hospitable

Should advertise $20 valet charge per vehicle use and the fact that you have to ask permission for access to your own vehicle or park 3 blocks from the hotel and leave your vehicle unattended for the night in the middle of Bricktown. Hotel is already expensive without additional charges. Staff was rude and acted like we should be thankful they offer $20 valet service and then they have the audacity to request tips. The exception was one valet guy and he was very nice and helpful. You can't lay on the bed or sit on the couch to watch TV it's literally in front of the desk with a hard chair. So if you want to go cross-eyed watching TV stay here. Long black hair was tangled in the towels and wash rags and the shower pressure was minimal along with lukewarm water. I expected more for the amount and location. Definitely won't be staying here again.

    The pillow was nice....

More location than hotel. Next to a venue. Kids were out in the street playing loud music until early morning hours. Train next to the hotel. Because of the concert the staff was overwhelmed and the breakfast food was non existent for a day so that was a bummer.

    Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast ended before we got up, they need to know if 20,000 people are coming to town to see a concert they won’t be up at 9am

We liked being on the outskirts of Bricktown, we can get home quicker and have a peaceful night of sleep there, without dealing with the shenanigans of Bricktown.

The bedding was cheap. AC was poor. Workout facilities were very poor. Seems like the property was aged but it wasn’t very old. Not a fan. Won’t be returning.

Not bad. Breakfast was probably the best part of the trip.

In the first minutes of entering the room, I had a blockage in the toilet. I spoke with the receptionists and it turns out that the maintenance man is not available and does not work after 4:00 PM. The receptionists brought me a pump to fix it myself! I couldn't believe it, I thought it was a joke! shame! After I wasn't ready to do that, they offered me an alternative room with fewer beds than I ordered and asked me to settle. At first they offered to cancel my reservation, but as soon as I took the key to the other room, even though I immediately regretted it and asked to cancel, and I didn't even have time to get into that new room, they claimed that it was no longer possible to cancel without a fine. The attitude was extremely disrespectful. Maybe it's hotel policy, but it was as if the clerks were waiting for me to take the key, in some sort of drill. When I insisted on talking to a manager, they claimed he wasn't answering and threatened me with calling the police, all because I kept insisting on being treated more appropriately. The clerks had no proper answers to what I presented and requested, and at one point they ignored me and turned to other guests. Throughout the conversation with them they rolled their eyes and answered in a robotic manner without a thoughtful human attitude. I have never encountered such passive-aggressiveness. During the whole argument, I did not raise my voice, I did not shout or curse, I did not act in any kind of violence or threat. I simply asked for an adequate solution and not to try to cram me into a room that is not suitable for the number of guests, without the possibility of cancellation. I felt tremendous frustration at their lack of consideration and opacity. I would expect an apology email or call from management but I don't think that will happen. It's a shame that there are such receptionists, and a shame that a hotel continues to employ them.

None of the staff members were friendly. A parking fee was going to be automatically applied to my charge and I didn't have a car to park there. I had to go inform the front desk to take it off. I was not asked about it first.

When booking they did not disclose that in order to park at the hotel it was a $25 fee. they said that if I didn’t want to pay for parking I could go to Bass Pro half a mile away and walk. I was also told the room had an additional $40 fee that was refundable, and it was not refunded (even though I left my room the way I found it, aside for an unmade bed and used towels). I was woken up at 6am by a PA speaker outside of my hotel window. I paid $200 to sleep for 3 hours and shower. Also their included “breakfast” is instant eggs and horrible bacon. by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had.
