Breakfast dining area was Clean and Bright. Seating was Plentiful and the Breakfast Host was very Helpful and Courteous.

I didn't like how they manage or schedule room housekeeping! They only make the beds and refresh the bathrooms every other day, if there's anything else in the room that needs cleaning like unclean floors or surfaces they do not do it even if you requested it!! Cleaning the room only takes place weekly which means after you've already left in many cases!!!!! But the staff is very helpful and will provide you with anything you need or missing from the room like extra towels, clean cups or any other thing. Please please clean the rooms while your guest is there!! It was not good to stay in unclean room for the remaining days just because it is was not in the schedule!!!

The room is spacious and very clean. Staff are very helpful and cheerful! The place in general is very nice I loved my stay there. It is not very far from Disney and Universal Studios if that's what you want to visit.

The room was comfortable and beautiful, the pool, the lobby. The property is perfect!

There were restaurants but only 2 or 3. Others were quite the distance. Being a new hotel you would think they would build a bigger pool. Depth was 5ft+ deep, but the length of the pool was maybe 20ft. No hot tub. Usually the lobby is centered in the building. Not here. There was one set of elevators and if you were on the farthest end, you had a long walk to get to that room. I'm talking 15-20 rooms if you were the last room on the hall.

A newer hotel so the rooms were not ran down. Really close to the airport. Breakfast had different meat every day. Close to some restaurants, publics, 2 gas stations.

We were shocked at the level of single use plastics items (plates, knives, etc.) used at breakfast - why so much waste and pollution ? The room was great but the air conditioning in the room was unfortunately noisy. The semi transparent bathroom door is nice looking however it wakes everybody up when putting on the lights in the bathroom during the night ...

The pool goes up to 5 feet. We stayed for a week and our room only got cleaned when we requested it after it said it would be cleaned after the 3rd day of stay. The staff did not communicate that you cannot request cleaning the same day it has to be done the day before. So I arrived Monday and my room did not get freshened up till Sun.

The proper is close to the airport, Disney, highways. there is a ease, 7-11, supermarket, nail salon, hair salon and Italian restaurant walkable distance. also. a Chase bank.

We stayed for 11 nights. Great staff! Customer service was on point. Breakfast was ok. It wasn’t too great, but not bad at all. The room was clean. Overall, the hotel was clean with modern design. Great location next to a grocery store, gas station, restaurant, about 20 minute drive to the convention center, Disney and universal studios.

You can hear the road trafic from the room. Breakfast was just ok. No milk for the coffe.

Clean and updated property. Nice mattress. Very clean bathroom. One Complementary makeup remover towel was a very thoughtful detail. Would return.

Maybe the breakfast, it was not bad, but it could be not the same menu every day.

The property, thinking and talking about the perception of my wife and me, is absolutely satisfactory. We found a hotel very comfortable, with all areas clean, the pool in an excellent condition to use, the staff totally lovely, the parking areas were huge and sufficient, and the room was exceptional with a bathroom generous in terms of the space to use.
