The bathrooms didn't have a working airvent.

I like how the room was clean, mo musty odor. Breakfast area is spacious and it was indeed a happy breakfast!

Water from the shower took a while to come out hot. That was the only issue we had.

Some guests were too loud and kept running around. We were on 2nd floor and the other guests were just above us and they were running and jumping keeping us awake after a tiring day at theme park. Closure of the road making difficult to leave or enter property.

The attendant merchant charged me again because according to my booking information did not paid to them so I had pay another transaction despite showing my bank and my confirmation info of my payment proof. Never again I am using booking, such an inconvenience.

I was charged 2 times for my stay and it has vewn 2 weeks and nobody has returned my call as to when my reimbursement is foing through. Was told teuce that it was only 4 days and still not refund. Very disappointed!

The beds were hard. The air conditioner wouldn't regulate. The bathrooms have glass doors, so the light blinds everyone at night when you have to go to the bathroom.

I thought the breakfast was great, especially the cinnamon waffles. The kids enjoyed the pool. The lady at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. Easy enough access to several restaurants.

The phone in the room did not work and the phone on the 4th floor hallway didn't work. When I went to the front desk to inform them I was told to check the line to ensure it was plugged, often the kids pull out the cord. I feel I should not have had to inspect the phone lines, that is the responsibility of the staff. I got no update as to the lines being checked or the issue being resolved. We had a 5 day stay and during that time I noticed the hallway had not been vacuumed. The interesting thing is all the carts of the cleaning staff had vacuum cleaners on them yet I never heard or saw any use of them. The same lint that was on the carpet when we arrived was there, in the same location when we left. Also, although our room was cleaned it was not vacuumed either. In our bathroom, the faucet near the shower was not secured to the counter. It seems to me the cleaning staff should have known and notified maintenance for repair. It just so happened that I spotted a maintenance technician, informed him about it, and he took care of it the same day. My last issue had to do with the cleaning sheet replacement schedule. I would have liked to have been informed we need to to request to have the sheets changed. In this case we scheduled a 5 day visit with an infant, having the sheets changed at least everyother day would have been preferred over once every 5 days unless asked.

My room was on the 1st floor facing the I-10 which was not a huge deal but the darkening curtains do not extend over the whole window leaving the Aaron’s sign shining right into the room. The beds faced perfectly so the light was in my face every time I rolled over.

Got this hotel for the inside pool had 3yr old grandson and we were very disappointed on pool being closed.😔also door lock to shower room was broken,and tud drain was clogged water would fill very fast while showering very uncomfortable. Need more maintenance attention..overall I would still stay again and will recommend 👌.

Privacy in our room was limited reason being that windows were covered with sheer curtains only and outside people could see through. Thicker curtains did not run all the way to cover window.

Because I was a diamond member he said we could have two drinks--coke or water. If that weren't pathetic enough I said coke and he said they were out of coke so I said water. If that isn't disgusting enough, when he went to get my two water bottles out of the cooler, I could see lots of cokes in bottles. I think what he was out of must have been cans. I was floored. Wow, being a diamond member certainly does have the perks. And I had to wait for this astounding service. Nobody was at the desk when we arrived and we arrived at 3:10. Check in is at 3:00 or after. We were third in line and no one had been helped. After all of this was over, we wanted very much to leave but didn't have reservations anywhere else.
