Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Liked the toilet in a separate room, with sink!!! Shower and sink were in another room. Breakfast was good and hot. It is not newly renovated and luxurious, but we would stay there again because the value was there and it was clean.

United StatesI did not like to pay for parking, the room prices are high enough. I called the front desk to report an issue, they sent up a young man whom was very nice but needs some training. The toilet you had to stand and hold the handle instead of just flushing. The light switch for the vent needs replaced and a guide on the bottom of the door to keep it from slamming and waking others up. I did report all of this plus we couldn't get the air conditioning to work right
Very friendly staff, breakfast was ok. The women taking care of the breakfast was doing a great job keeping up. The young men taking care of the cars were very nice and courteous.
