Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe towel rack fell off the wall. The sink faucet was very loose and felt like it could fall off. The breakfast ran out of biscuits and the 2 that were there were rock hard. Somebody set off the fire alarm and we had to evacuate the building.
The room was clean. It had two sinks. One could Waycross TV while the other slept. The staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

ItalyReally nothing to complain about. I would say that the breakfast options are a bit too standards. I think hotels would do better serving a bit more variety and I would say this is true in the case of this hotel.
Clean and accessible enough, but the real plus was that the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. This is a great stop off point between NYC and Philly. Would recommend for families as well.

United StatesWell - there were just a few things but they were annoying. The light switches were a pain in the neck. When you have switches like this in your own house you understand them. Some of the lights had switches from different parts of the room. Sometimes they would not turn on though. Simple switches, in my opinion, are better for a hotel. Secondly, we set the thermostat to 70 as we were cold, but the fan under the window kept blowing cold air. The explanation I got from the front desk made no sense, and did not solve the issue.
We were there to visit a family member, and this location was great for us. We did not get out to tour, but used to live in the area. It is a great location for a short drive to Philadelphia, Princeton, Lambertville and lots of fun places. Breakfast was good, facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly. We LOVED the bathroom set ups; a toilet and sink in one room, then a shower and sink in another small room makes total sense for ease of getting ready to go out. Thank you!

The young lady who greeted us was very nice and accommodating. Room was comfortable clean with just a few areas that could have been a little cleaner but for the most part was good. Breakfast was good too staff was nice. I'd stay there again

The employees were very accommodating. Everybody has a smile in their faces. The room we stayed at is very clean. And the breakfast selection was awesome.

CanadaThe bathroom is at the foot of the bed- very strange design- so there is verrrrry little privacy and almost no noise barrier.
Great staff- room as you'd imagine, bed and a separate lounge area with a desk and couch. Has a window that opens. There is an outdoor seating area on both sides of the hotel- small but nice on a summers evening. The breakfast was well attended, well stocked- the oatmeal was good and had a nice selection of nuts, seeds etc to add in!

United StatesThere were no towels left for the pool, and we had to use the ones from our room. That was not very pleasant. The woman running breakfast was unfriendly and seemed like she didn't want to do her job. She probably should not be working in customer service.
The lady that checked us in was very nice but she did not have any help and she was very busy. She did her best to accommodate everyone that was coming to the desk.

United StatesI didn’t like that about twenty minutes before check up, we were locked out of our room.
The pool was small but nice. I would have liked easier access to more towels by the pool areas. There were guest there before us who took the last towels and it took a long time to get new ones, and then not enough for all of us. I liked that the work out facilities were open and nice amount of items. Our room was cool because it had a separate toilet from the shower area.

United StatesThere were some very minor maintenance issues (bathroom door would not latch, sink faucet leaked) - easily fixed and not a big deal; just needed attention.
Location was great great for us and it is well suited for a family traveling together. I love that there is a separate toilet and shower rooms - especially great if there is more than two people sharing a suite!
