The pillows were not comfortable and the pool was cold.

The location was perfect to Hershey park and downtown restaurants. The breakfast was also good but wish they had vanilla creamer for coffee.

We always look for a pool for the kids after a long drive. While we we’re grateful for an indoor pool in March it was a little disappointing it was not heated. Water was pretty cold and the kids had a hard time swimming because they couldn’t get warm. Just never had a cold indoor pool at a hotel.

The property was really nice. Close to everything and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Not a huge offering but certainly filling and offered variety. We especially loved the spinach quiche cups.

The room was great. The shower needs a handrail or something to grab onto getting in and out. Once the shower got wet and slick, there was nothing to hold onto to get out.

We were expecting a heated pool. In Canada, we do not really encounter none heated pool. It was a little disappointed as we were expecting to go for a swim with the kids in the morning, but the water was way too cold for us to be able to do so.

The room was wonderful and spacious. It had everything we needed and everyone slept very comfortably. The room was quiet which was quiet appreciated as we had driven until late at night. The breakfast was great - more than expected, oatmeal with many different kind of topping, eggs toast and such. Everything was made fresh which is what we wanted.

Parking lot noise no view bathroom very small

Room was on 1st floor so noisy from parking lot and they were doing sign work at entrance. Sorry that breakfast stopped at 9 during week. Inconvenient if out for show the night before.Also, bathroom very small.

Hot tub was not close to Being hot, warm at best. Pool water was cold . Very disappointing, only reason we booked was for the hot tub and pool.

The rooms had some cosmetic upgrades but the facility is clearly dated. The bathroom was a bizarre shape and clearly hadn't been updated in years

could hear people in the hallway speaking from our room. Not enough jets in the hot tub.

Very close to Hershey Park. Great selection for free breakfast choices. Our suite had 2 queen size bed with pull out couch/trundle bed style. We could hear people speaking in hallway; would say if your a light sleeper this hotel might not work for you. The pool was ok. The hot tub is in high demand but could use more jets to satisfy the max number of people that can go in; which is only 6 people per turn. Would say overall if you’re like us and just want to enjoy a day or two at Hersheypark or chocolate world, this would be a great hotel to stay at.

The walls were very thin and I could hear everything going on...we came home late one night and our neighbor knocked on my door to keep it down. All I was doing was warming something up in the microwave talking to my husband about a concert we were at. Other than that...great place
