the location was excellent. Christian at the checking desk was fabulous. He was friendly, smiling and went above e and beyond to make the crowed checkin wait go quickly and smoothly. coffee was very watered down. room was clean.

There was not vending or ice stations on each floor, had to go to the hotel that was connected to our hotel.

The breakfast was not good. The only problem with the room was there was a gap between our door and door frame. Anytime someone else slammed there room door ours would rattle and yoy could hear people in the hallway.

Check in was easy. Rates were good, location was perfect. Shonetta the night clerk went above & beyond. She even left a handwritten note of encouragement due to my husband being in hospital. That make such a difference. Beds were soft I got a good night sleep. Hotel is very quiet. It is a place to stay in downtown Louisville.

I paid for my room in advance. Then was charged again. So I waa over charged. I was also told it waa Thunder over Louisville that weekend and that I couldn't check in early. But was told. Lie its gonna be there the following weekend.

On our last night there the parking garage was full, 3 cars including us had to turn around at the top...not horrible but not ideal. We were told it was fine to park out front in the oversized parking area as you don't tow so that was great. It would be helpful if there was a way to track how many cars were parked in the garage to prevent having to drive up looking for a spot to not find one and have to back down/turn around. We believe we left our car unlocked making it easy access for someone to break in and steal our change. We are assuming it was the homeless guy we saw sleeping in the elevator while we were going to take the elevator to our car that morning. There was less than $5 worth of change but it's the fact that our car was broking into that was less than ideal. We did have a few issues but would totally stay again regardless!

Having a parking garage was a great benefit! The staff was great, we had a few issues (the parking garage was full our last night and we believe a homeless guy broke into our car and took change) but the staff was great taking care of the issues.

A hot tub would be a great addition to the pool area!

The size of the room was perfect for our family of three! Everyone had some space to themselves. We liked the room view and the setup (Bar/microwave, desk, sofa, toilet & sink, sink & shower). The breakfast was very good, too. We especially loved the staff - everyone from the manager to the desk, to the cleaning staff. Every person we met was so friendly, kind, and helpful. We travel a lot and to have everyone be so hospitable all the time is a special treat.

The TV. Although we seldom use the TV I had some trouble finding the desired (regular network) channel. There was not a lot of space in the bathroom for our toiletry bags. Nothing else to add, really.

I liked the proximity of the (covered) parking to the entrance. The desk staff guided us well in our quest for nearby food. The room was standard mid-range quality and we had no complaints. The breakfast was of very good quality and included good & tasty protein options.

After traveling a very long day we booked it to sleep at 3 pm which wasn’t ready for over 2 hours. Their were people putting their hands in the popcorn machine which was gross.

Our room was clean, and we loved having a living room area deprecate from our bed.

Staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. My flight was at 6 but they let me stay in the room til 2pm. That was really nice of them.

Plant-based sausage and powdered (looking) eggs don't make for an appetizing meal. The breakfast was a total disappointment- even for "complimentary" breakfasts. The off-street parking was great- except for the homeless people making "messes" (you know what I mean) near or on the elevator. The car was protected from the elements, but I didn't really feel protected from the less-desirable elements in the neighborhood.

The off street parking was great -especially with an ice/snow storm blowing through town. The staff was working -hard- to try and deal with everything from ice/snow/slush being tracked into the hotel to the homeless wandering around on the street.
