We chose this hotel because of the hot breakfast. When we came before it was good this visit the breakfast was not good at all and juice machine didn't work. Staff didn't try to fix the problem. Also the bathroom and sofa and use a deep cleaning.

I like the fact that I was able to get a room on the floor of my choice.

My room had a crack in the bathtub. It looked as if someone had tried to repair it but it was still very visible. The ceiling fan or vent--not sure what it was--in the bathroom was hanging down an inch from the ceiling. No garbage can in the bathroom. Who wants to take their bathroom garbage into the living space? The last time I stayed, a cabinet door fell sideways when I opened the "kitchen" cabinet and had a hard time getting it back up. I think this place needs some upkeep. The staff seems competent. They could be friendlier. The woman the morning I checked out this time was really nice, but I noticed that even other visitors made comments about the staff not being friendly for my last 2 stays. They did know what they were doing, and I will be staying here again, so I don't want to be too harsh with them.

I've stayed here more than once. The location is good and very quiet. The suites are large for a one-night stay, so that's great. The room is ready when I arrive and breakfast is out in the morning.

- Room wasn't terrifically clean. Particularly the bathroom...maybe 6 out of 10. - Ironing board was a complete mess. I know it's a 1st world problem, but it was nearly unusable. - TV remote was not working. Front desk eventually solved the problem. - Spider and centipede in the bathroom. ;) Small things...but when folks are tired from traveling...the small things matter.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the room layout...spacious. It also had everything needed.

Breakfast was adequate but not really up to the standard of other properties.

Nothing special. Packaged sandwiches that you heated in the microwave. To be fair, cereal and a limited fruit selection. Coffee, in terms of quality and variety, was very good.

The bathroom had no exhaust fan. The tub was very narrow and curved in sides. Not a lot of room to stand and move around. Caulking around tub was stained with black spots.

It was quite dated by today’s standards. There was no cable only some kind of internet TV that had trouble staying connected.

The room needs to be cleaned better. The bathroom smelled like old pee and mildew. The carpet was sticky. It felt gross overall.

My wife got in the shower and the shower curtain liner was far too long for the tub and draped well into the tub. She stepped in the tub and her foot was on the liner and that caused her to fall into the tub and her nose hit the edge of the tub. She has a bruise on her face and two on her arms as a result of the fall. Thankfully they are just bruises. It could have been much worse. I brought this up to the representative at the counter when checking out and she told me that the staff probably put in a shower curtain for a handicapped shower was probably put in our room. Also, of much less importance, there was no shampoo in the shower. The vials for the conditioner and body wash were both there.

Breakfast was good. Bed was good. Hotel and room were clean.

Great location near both restaurants and shopping centers, and off the beaten path. There is a light which gives you quick and easy assess to I-85. The staff was Courteous and professional with good customer service. I will truly return in the future.

Hotel decor is tired, and the whole place is in dire need of some deep cleaning. Didn’t have the rooms we reserved. No sheets for sofa bed. Took 30 minutes to get pillows for sofa bed. No bath mat was provided. No hand soap in bathroom. Room smelled musty. Shower wand leaked at supply hose and wand barely sprayed on the person showering, but the leaky hose sprayed all over the walls of the bathroom and flooded out into the room—no wonder the room smelled musty. Hair all over dryer bag. The place has potential, but management and owners need to change their paradigm and make it a place that guests would want to stay. In its current condition, I would never go back. The front desk staff in the morning was very apologetic and refunded our money which was entirely appropriate given the horrific experience we had there. Hopefully the owners will be more responsible and turn this place around.

Pool was closed with no explanation as to why- had kids there and chose this hotel for the pool. To have it closed was extremely disappointing.
