I was charged twice for a one night stay. when I contacted the hotel about it they said they would process a refund for the double charge, 3 weeks later and still no refund. I call the hotel again and the front desk agent says it was refunded already, when I tell her that there was no refund she hangs up on me. I called booking.com who I booked with, and they were able to get my refund back. not sure if it’s a new front desk staff or they were trying to be slick and steal money. I will be contacting the manager

the front desk staff the young man didn’t read over my reservation and charged me $150 more. Now I’m still waiting for my refund.

I checked in a little after after 11 p.m. due to a late flight. The woman at check in was not helpful at all, she almost seemed bothered to deal with me and my family. She said there was an issue with my reservation due to the system being down and she called and got help with it. After that was resolved I was just given my room keys. There was no information shared regarding hotel anemities as most hotels do. I asked her where breakfast was and the times since this was important to my family. My son also spotted a sign with the times so we didn't have to ask anyone again. This woman did not give any information on the wifi, so we went without the entire stay and used our own internet. I didn't find out until the last day that the hotel gave pool towels at the front desk. I realized it after seeing another family receieve some. It would have been helpful to be given the hotel rundown upon checkin. On day 2 our microwave and refrigerator stopped working resulting in food being wasted. It seems to have been only on one side of the room as I was able to move and use the microwave from another part of the room. That was difficult with small children but we made the best of the situation. The pool was nice and never crowded when our family went.

The breakfast and pool were the reason we chose this property. They both met our expectations.

I didn't like my room had little roaches.The hot water was super hot. Breakfast needs to improve.

I would like if the eggs had cheese or peppers, something to add some flavor.

The breakfast is always replenished, items are fresh. The gentleman that works in the breakfast area is very pleasant .

The guy at the front desk never gave me my card back after checkin, also didn't call me to let me know he had it. Shower was dirty, pool was cloudy, and they got rid of the hottub!

the breakfast , stale bagels , eggs were terrible tasting the fruit was ok but you can’t really mess up fruit as you don’t make it.

clean and comfortable. police presence in the back parking lot in the middle of the night was nice as I was traveling with a trailer with valuables. going to check on my trailer during the night I saw some rabbits in the parking lot. it was cool to see wild nature around

The fan in the bathroom was very noisy, we asked them to fix it but they never came.

The bed was so comfortable. The walls were well insulated, so quiet and relaxing. The put us in a handicap room because they were booked but they offered to put us in a different room if we didn’t like the layout. We stayed in the room because it was so comfortable.

Booking… did not get the king room I had booked and ended up with a double room. Not what I wanted but had no choice. there were no toiletries in y room that I didn’t see until I was already undressed and ready for my shower. Breakfast was a nightmare

There was no food avaliable for most of the time I was down there. When food was put out you couldn’t get to it because of the layout and very little so by the time I could get up there it was gone. No eggs, no cereal no milk no juice etc…. It was not happy making and I ended up going somewhere to eat. I’m diabetic and have to eat

The room was smelly. Like someone smoke or either room need ventilation. The put a spray in the room but that make it worse.
