Just little things, but it can happen anywhere you go. Kids running above us super late/ super early.. and the people next to us blasting their music late at night.

The front end staff was wonderful. Super accommodating when I needed help with my reservation. When we arrived the person checking us in was so sweet.

Back entrance smelled like dog pee. Ac kept going off and making room warm.

The only thing I didn't enjoy was the temperature of the water in the shower. I could not enjoy my shower because I had a hard time getting a perfect temperature, my only option were having it extremely cold or scorching hot. Because of that I'm more likely not going back, if I do I need to check the shower temperature for the water. Also a limited amount of shows to watch on the TV. I did enjoy the staff, all friendly, except for one guy there in the front desk, he seemed not friendly unlike the other two people who worked on the front desk who were very welcoming and asked if everything was fine.

I did like the location of the hotel, very quiet and beautiful to look at. I liked how the inside of it looked and how it fit the standard of the price I paid for. I did like the inside of my room, very spacious and comfortable. I did enjoy having the microwave there.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the center of the city. It is easy to find and easy access to the freeway. The room was spacious and the king bed very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Staff was very helpful.

The smoking section didn't have ash trays other than that is was a great place.

Everything was good. The staff was nice and friendly, the FREE breakfast was good, the location was perfect. It was a 30 min walk to get to Discovery Park but was not bad. I would go back to this Hotel anytime I need a spot to stay in Sacramento.

the room was not the cleanest. we found a dirty tissue on the floor by the bed. the sink in the kitchenette was not washed there was milky residue in it. We also found other small trash under the bed and between bed and table. Beds were hard. I would stay here again. Just wish they cleaned a little better

Breakfast layout was great. Lots of options. However, my food was cold. I understand that several people are opening the warming trays, but my potatoes were a little frozen in the center. other than that is was perfect.

Clean facilities. Friendly and attentive staff. After a long drive in, the coffee and warm cookies were a comforting welcome. Breakfast was convenient.

Our toilet was broken, the extra blanket provided had a hole. I was dissatisfied with the room it looked nothing like the photos I saw online. The location was not something I enjoyed, but our stay was comfortable.

The bathtub had water stains the shower head leaked a little bit there wasn't that much pressure on the shower head maybe because we stayed on the 4th floor.

I didn’t mind really anything. I did wish the tubs of the showers were a little bit more wide. I also wish we didn’t have to check out by going up to the reception desk.

I liked the cleanliness as well as the effortless way it was to check in and check out. I also didn’t mind breakfast just wish there was more options other than just coffee.
