I liked everything

It definitely surprised me in the best way possible. The layout made the room feel humongous. There were 2 bathrooms in our room (a toilet & sink and then a sink & shower). This is just so convenient when traveling with multiple people. The A/C must have melatonin in ir because I slept soooooo good. This hotel experience was the complete opposite of my stay at a sister hotel the week prior.

They charged my card without my knowledge and when I tried to find out what the charge is, they say that I didn't pay enough tax and refuse to help any further.

At this point, I will never stay with Springhill Suite again.

This was something that really didn't bother me at all I just noticed it. In the morning you could hear people opening cabinets or something but it wasn't that loud I just noticed it a little. It didn't wake me up or anything

When we first pulled up to the hotel I knew that it was going to be a good place because I noticed the nicer cars. LOL. Behind the front desk was a gentleman that was very friendly and upbeat. Got to check in quickly and as we turn to walk to the elevators we noticed a very large Lobby comfortable and also included a continental breakfast which we would look forward to in the morning. We got into our room and I was blown away because I wasn't used to a room that had a couch and it was kind of like a separate room. With a microwave and fridge and a wall that was secluded but you could slide the the glass wall to make it two rooms. One cool thing was is the shower and the bathroom were two separate rooms. We got a king bed which was very comfortable. We stayed in three different hotel rooms on her trip and by far for the money this place was the best. I think we paid $122 for the one night but for what we got the room probably should have been about 225 a night

There could have been healthier choices for breakfast such as whites and Turkey sausages including the healthier choices for cereal.

I liked the cleanliness, courteous, and kindness of the staff. This Hotel was very clean and although not located in the heart of the City, it was tucked in and conveniently located for what we needed. We will definitely be returning if we decide to come back to the area. Kudos to the internet, which was reliable and efficient. Excellent job overall and Thank you!

The people at the front desk, not professional. The smell in the room was weird, and we can smell weed all around the lobby. The woman at the front desk charged us 2 times, she didn’t even conserved looking if it’s payed or not. She was rude After a 5 hours drive we wanted something comfy . 285$ the night for the poor service. Keep your money

We had a late check in and appreciated the night attendant being so accommodating upon our arrival. We asked for a crib which he brought up to the room and asked if we needed anything else. He gladly got sheets and a blanket when we asked. Very nice.

This hotel was very expensive, feel like it was overpriced. I have stayed in hotels much nicer for less money. Went for breakfast at 9:40 am and was out of everything. Saturday morning water pressure was low till water cutting off while taking a shower

Only one elevator working and it was very slow. There was blood stain on the blanket, shower floor fill with mildew , and mirror door with dripping water stain. We checked in late, already wiped the room down, and unpacked so we decided to stay. We received new bed set we had to change ourselves and shower clean the next day.

The 1st staff when we checked in was very short, dry and unfriendly but all the other staff during our stay made up for her bad attitude
