Small room with sink in room instead of in the bathroom.

Great location! We enjoyed the complimentary coffee bar in the lobby in the early mornings.

Hotel Saint Francis is absolutely stunning! There were obvious upgrades made as the years passed (toilet and showers added to each room). The nightly rate is a bit pricy.

The overall 'old-world' look of the hotel was not only pleasing to the eyes but to your heart. The hotel is peaceful, gorgeous and welcoming. The staff are beyond professional, pleasant, eager to offer assistance and appear to genuinely love working for the hotel.

Our room had a step up to the bathroom. The sink was in the main room and had poor lighting.

The location is great. The staff is excellent. The lobby, bar and outside seating are great.

The ‘old’ smell. I know, the hotel is old and it’s part of it’s charm. However, smelling old when we first came into our room is not a good feeling. But opening the windows resolved that problem. I don’t like carpets in general and the carpets look old. Clean but old.

I like the lobby. It’s spacious with adequate seating and tables. This is very important because there’s not enough space in the bedrooms to hang out or sit to use one’s computer. Although the space in our room is adequate, there’s nowhere to hang toiletry bags or make-up bags. The hotel should install hooks inside the bathroom to make it more convenient for the guests. I like that we can open the windows so that fresh air can come in. This is very important because the hotel is old and is smelling old and stuffy in the room.

Room is small, overlooking parking lot. Nuisance free of $30 per day is obnoxious, even if they all do it. It does include valley parking. Go Biden on getting rid of nuisance fees!

Very centrally located. Room is comfortable but small.

The curtains did not close all the way, but the second night I chose to leave one a bit open to let fresh air into the room. Unfortunately, it let in quite a bit of light too. But the AC didn’t work too well the first night so it was worth it.

Bed was extraordinarily comfortable for one person. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is OLD, which offers its own charm.

The hotel had a few quirks, but were manageable. It wasn’t quite warm enough to have working air conditioning as we were explained to by hotel staff, so the room was a little warm. we opened the window to compensate. We would stay again though.

Loved the history behind the hotel. We were located in the heart of the historic town. Really enjoyed our one night stay.
