How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Would have been nice to have potatoes of some sort with the breakfast, but otherwise pretty good. All the syrup, yogurt and oatmeal have lots of sugar and I am diabetic so please provide some sugar free options.
Really great coffee and the fellow helping out at that time was very kind and helpful. There was a good place to walk our dog - the grounds are very nice for families so we may be back with our grandkids at some point.

My first floor room request was take care of immediately. Which I appreciated as I use a cane or a walker.

Very little bedding on the bed and no blankets in the closet. Ask for a blanket in the office before you drive back to your room so you don’t have to sleep with your jacket on and pillows on you for warmth. Breakfast was typical but no fruit!
Staff was nice. It was clean.

The room was basically clean, but could have used some deep cleaning--like in the corners.
Even though it was near the freeway, it was still very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Great water pressure in shower.

No complaints other than the indoor pool was pretty cold.
Clean and comfortable! The pool options were so nice! And the playground was awesome for tiring out my high energy toddler.

The breakfast was not good. Make fresh scrambled eggs and don't serve frozen rubber eggs. Waffles looked good but mine did not cook through. Fix the timer. I was sad. Also the room was kind of noisy. Very thin walls. Old beds. Time for new mattresses. But can't beat the price so I guess it's a trade off?
Easy check-in. Friendly front desk staff. I felt safe. Clean rooms. The pool looked great, clean, lots of deck space. Bring the kids! And the dog! Had rooms that can be connected.

The room facing the morning sun.and Would been nice to have another TV in the other part of the suite. Only had one TV. Was not able to turn on thr indoor pool light (darkk)

Bathroom is very small
We have stayed here several times. It's always clean and a good value for the money. They have rooms large enough to accommodate our family of 6.

Wifi was very dodgy and was barely able to connect to it from our room. The key cards didn't work for the pool so we had to get someone to let us in.
Cute retro vibes, with an outdoor pool and hot tub AND indoor pool and hot tub. Decent sized rooms, and a mini fridge. Not the newest fanciest place, but looks like effort's been put in to give it a bit of a face lift. More than comfortable for staying in town to visit family.

The check in staff was less than appealing. She couldn’t be bothered. Didn’t say hi, didn’t assist with anything. The only bad experience we had. We interrupted her chat session with her male coworker. Sorry.
Location was central to everything. Easy access to the highway. Walking distance to restaurants and gas stations.

I booked a room that had a bathtub in the photos. I was excited to take a bath, but I ended up with a room with just a shower instead and I was not able to switch rooms. Not a deal breaker but still a bummer.
Excellent full breakfast. Convenient location. An indoor AND outdoor pool.

The indoor pool didn’t seem very clean. It was a little chilly outside so we were hoping to swim indoors with our kids but decided not to when we went to check it out.
The rooms were clean, breakfast was good!

The toilet had a hard time flushing
We loved how clean the room was and how much space was in it. The breakfast had a lot of good options and lots of seating which was nice. The pools were super fun
