Maybe a little more light in the back parking lot. Not a deal breaker. Plenty of parking for everyone.

No complaints. Easy, comfortable stay. Close to the business I needed to take care of. Nice restaurants, near to go. Easy to get to. Staff was great. Building, room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had wide variety of items to choose from. Pick it up, eat, clean, gone. Accommodations were great. Just what we needed for our stay. We were very satisfied.

Walls were thin. I could hear conversations next door. Would have been nice to have a second elevator. There were often lines for elevator use.

Very clean, room was comfortable and a lot of space to move around. Very nice area with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, cabinets, and prep space. It came in handy making sandwiches and snacks for the kids. Beds were comfy. Decent breakfast with hot foods along with cereals, muffins, fruit, and yogurts. Staff was great at keeping tables clean and food stocked. Housekeeping was prompt at responding when we needed extra towels and bed linens.

Only two negatives. We have followed the debate in town about the "new pier". What ever was finally done, we felt it was a disappointment. Secondly, the "blanket" on the bed was/is not to my liking. It is too heavy, and nothing can be done about it. I prefer a combination of blankets and sheets so I can use whatever combination is suitable. The hotel said it did not have any separate blankets or sheets to give me. NO BIG DEAL, BUT IT WAS AN ANNOYANCE.

Everything about the hotel was very good. It was nice to have two restaurants nearby, although the Cracker Barrell was so crowded that we did not stay but want to Waffle House. It was great to return to St Pete after living there for many years. We visited the downtown to see the Christmas Lights and we were delighted.

I wish the swimming pool was a little longer and little more shallower because kids are teenagers and they were anticipating little bit of longer and shallow swimming pool .

The swimming pool was too small and the breakfast place was a little small. Overall though it pretty decent hotel . I’ll recommend it for someone else. It is worth it !

Toilet was not flushing properly when I addressed it to the staff, I was told there was no one there for maintenance to take care of it. During our stay of 2 nites it was never looked at. I brought it to the staff’s attention every day.”I don’t think I should be plunging a bathroom that I am paying to stay at.” Which is what I had to do, still would not flush properly! Also the chair lift for the pool was unsafe! It was not bolted down & rusty. You should not advertise that you have a chair-lift for the handicap if it’s not properly maintained. My mother was never able to get into the pool because the chair lift was broken. She is unable to go down steps.

It was beautiful The lobby was colorful and well taken care of. We had a handicap room which was nice the downside paper thin walls. The pool was nice but the chair lift should be updated. Loved the exercise room it was in a nice location.

After our first hotel relocated us and didn’t know where. We choose to stay here and it did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly especially a woman name Bertha! The room was a great size for a family of 5 and we didn’t feel cramped! Clean! Decent breakfast! Nice pool area.

The walls are thin. You can hear the people above you and in the hallway. Also there is really nothing within walking distance at this hotel. Will definitely need some type of transportation.
