Bath vent was noisy and needed to be replaced. TP holder needed replaced. Both issues were reported to the clerk, who made note of them and thanked me.

Breakfast was great. The hotel was good in spite of the fact there was construction going on in the building. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and met our expectations. Closet area well designed.

The lighting in the bathroom was extremely poor. It needs brighter bulbs. I felt like I was in the dark when using the bathroom. Also the sink faucet leaked when I used the water…got the counter soaked!

It was dirty and poorly maintained. The pool was closed and green, the carpets were stained and ragged, the room smelled mildewy, the bathroom fan didn’t work, and breakfast was minimal. And the side door of the building didn’t lock naturally, which is just plain unsafe.

I understand that this location is under construction so I tried to allow for that. The bed was hard as a brick. My husband and I both had backaches when we woke up. There was no hair dryer or iron/ironing board. We were able to get an iron/ironing board by asking the front desk.

The staff was very friendly. The clerk at the checkout counter when we left was extremely helpful and polite.

They should not have their doors open to customers. The garbage can outside was overflowing and wasn't changed unfor two days. Trash everywhere. Dirty, There were no other rooms available in town or we would've left!!

The hotel is under renovations but they are still woeking which was a bit unusual.

Nobody at desk when we checked in. Just a note to get your keys and sign receipts. Very eerie being in there all alone at 10:30 at night. That’s when we checked in. Our sheets were used and there were M&M’s on the floor.

The breakfast drinks were awful. Juice and coffee tasted like favored water. After check-in, we found that the toilet had been used and stopped up and the cleaning service had not reported this before the room was ready for the next guest. Of course the lady at the front counter apologized and placed us in another room. The hotel is under renovations and I just guessing maybe this room's bathroom had been open for the construction crew??? Anyway our next room was OK. The toilet in that room needed a new stopper. You had to jiggle the handle to keep the water from continuously running. And although the hotel could not be responsible for this, we were next door to a very nosily neighbor that was up all night. For the price per night, I was very disappointed.

The breakfast was ok. I had a waffle 1st morning and a muffin the 2nd day. Not to hard to mess up pre-package muffins. The location was close to Mississippi State, where we needed to be for an audition.

I booked a double queen bed room with sofa bed and had 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed for 4 people. Light in bathroom didn’t work, room was dirty. Pool was beyond disgusting! Will never go back here!!

The remote didn’t work to the tv, the walls are thin and someone had a screaming child multiple hours is the night.. not a newborn but a small child. Our room wasn’t the cleanest. I don’t think the floor had been vacuumed there was a beer cap next to the bed, and our hall smelled like weed. There was open used soap in the shower as well and the sink wasn’t clean.

They didn’t have a lot of breakfast options. It would have been nice to have fresh fruit.
