We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere were a few VERY minor issues I had and, after drawing these to management, I was thanked - and assured that they would be addressed. Nothing really to prevent my staying there again - which I intend to do in the next few months. Really solid to have had the management contact me and deal with this - again, something not often seen these days; it is apparent that they care.
A property is made or un-made by the staff. Period. We are all transient customers, so being welcomed by a friendly - and efficient - staff is a very positive thing. I would say that EVERY staff member at The Stamford with whom I interacted was a professional, friendly and competent employee...these days finding solid workers is DIFFICULT to say the least. The Stamford staff are top drawer. The bed is SUPER comfy! Pillows especially - I actually forgot to find out the manufacturer; I would buy a few in a heartbeat. Jen at the bar is lovely - she is super fun to be with...and I was surprised by how delicious the pizza was! Home made, I was told. It shows that the chef cares...

SpainThe parking seemed expensive. I think if you are staying at the hotel overnight, they should give you a discounted rate. I stayed here the first night of my trip as well as the last night. The first night I had just come off an international flight and I was exhausted. I was given a room with a connecting door, that didn’t lock and asked to be moved. The staff were really nice about it. But the second room didn’t have a cereal bar and water and coffee machine didn’t work. The team needs to be more on top of the maintenance of the rooms.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was complimentary coffee in reception every morning plus a coffee machine in the room. Well situated to move around Stamford by car and within walking distance of the mall. They also gifted you a cereal bar and bottle of water. There was a comfortable chair as well as a desk which was nice. I would go back to this hotel because it was clean and convenient.

United StatesHotel is outdated. Bathrooms need attention. It’s clean but it does need attention. My room was fully pre-paid and during the check out I asked for the receipt to make sure there is a zero balance and I do not owe anything. Front desk told me that they are unable to print one. Also, in about two hours charge from the hotel appeared on my card in full amount of the room cost even so it was pre -paid and original payment has already cleared. When I called phone number associated with the charge it belongs to Stamford Ford dealership. However charge description said that it’s a hotel. I called to the hotel to question the charge and was told that manager will call me back - never did. Will have to dispute the charge if Stamford hotel does not take care of it.
