The rooms in this hotel are big and the beds are big enough. The location of the hotel is very good near the University of Washington. You can reach the White House and Washington Monument in no time. The breakfast in the hotel is good but the price is high.

It was close to the location for what I needed. The parking facilities were good $48 a day. Patrick was fun guy. It had a full kitchen, fridge stove, micro wave etc. Even a place to sit down and eat.

It was cold (50s) at night and unfortunately, I am allergic to air conditioning, so it was extremely disappointing that the air coming out was cold air even with the temp set to 80 degrees trying to get the heat to work. I learned at checkout that the system was set for the summer months and only had Air Conditioning available. I had to keep the setting off to make sure that no additional air was blowing to trigger my allergies. There was no note in the room regarding the heating system.

The room was fantastic with plenty of space. I appreciated having a full kitchen area available.

To make this a more luxurious experience I would update the towels to ones that were more plush - these were very clean and in decent shape, just not plush. Also the one arm chair - gold velvet was outdated, but still comfortable. A more current style would improve the look. These small adjustments would only serve to make the room exceptional, it was very good as it was.

The room was surprisingly spacious with a very comfortable King size bed. The temperature control was very good and QUIET. The kitchen was a good size with everything one could need - we only used it for a quick takeout meal but if we had stayed longer we may have used it more. The best part was the bathroom. Probably one of the top we've stayed at for cleanliness, light, mirrors and organization. There was even a dressing area outside of the bathroom with a full length mirror which was very helpful. The staff was very friendly and offered us umbrellas as it rained all weekend. The location was perfect for our event.

Their parking lot, I had to park cross the street, my parking spot was designated in a building a cross the street. So we had to walk all the way back to the main building where our room was, and it was raining!!

Unfortunately one of the servers used her hands to put out cutlery by the eating end not by the handles. A lack of sockets that you could reach easily

I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel...

I loved the room set up with a bonus kitchen!!! Loved that feature. Also, I was able to park my car in their garage for an additional fee which was another great feature, not having to worry about on street parking. Would definitely stay again

The location was perfect. It was close enough to walk to just about anywhere you wanted to go, but in addition to that, it was very close to the Metro. Also, I was shocked at how clean the rooms and facility were. I don’t believe I noticed anything that could have been better than it was. This is probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
