It was very much dingy and like the room renovation wasnt complete. The shower curtains was nasty and the towels looked disgusting I bought my own. I only had an almost empty roll of toilet paper when I first checked in. I worked overnight and during the day they would knock on my door to get a sofa and or ask me if I was checking out. I was under the impression that check out was 11 and they said it was 10am (never heard of that at all) they didn’t offer anything in the rooms for it to be an extended stay. The room smelled and I had to buy plug ins. I only continued my stay there because in was paying weekly and trying to keep my cost down. This wouldn’t be a place I would stay if it was for leisure. Most the time the wifi didn’t work.

I came into town for work. I liked that it was close to my job.

I had a reservation from booking.com, when we arrived in the motel, it turned out that there was an overbooking and our room was already taken. Even worse, the staff at the reception desk refused to help solve the issue or didn't even say sorry, just said it's not their problem and I should contact booking. A very unpleasant situation. I can't judge cleanness etc as I didn't see the room.

Owners tried to change my room, filthy bathtub linens floor. No phone curtains or bedside lamp. Refused to give full refund for not staying 2nd night. Didn't feel safe, unsure if lock was secure.

Terrible room which was damp and cold. No window in the bedroom. It felt like a cave. Pillows were hard and lumpy. One threadbare towel to share with 3 people. We decided not to stay and found another hotel.

The managers turned from nice to greedy. They wanted to charge us 1400 for the room for the next month and 600 for the dogs. 2 grand for crap. The bottom of the entrance door is rotted and snakes and bugs come in. The front door it held up with silicone and bathroom door also. They had to unplug the kitchenette because they never got a permit for them to be in the room and they have no sprinkler system in the room. The fire alarm went off in the first 10 days it went off 4 times. No Internet like they advertise. You get a room with newer beds and stuff he prepared to be lectured by how new they are. They have no idea what they are doing. They photo copy your divers licence and credit card and then keep those papers on the counter where anyone coming in can see it. They come into your rooms when your not there. I witnessed this several times with the people next to me and it wasn't an emergency. I checked with the people next to us and they had no idea that they were coming in. . This place is not a safe place if you want to survive a fire cuz you won't get out in time. They blame everything else on the owners. I have pictures of the room and how bad it is. Also they moved furniture and hit the wall and scratched it pretty good. The managers also asked me to basically spy on the people next to them and to inform them if my neighbors had more than 2 guests. My girls and I even went around and picked up trash outside and picked over 3 pounds of screws and wire in the parking area.

When we first arrived they were so nice and friendly and accommodating . Our home burned down.
