Lots of space, clean, well equipped and nicely decorated

Some of the bedroom's floors weren't clean. the covers weren't on some of the furniture outside, the beds were uncomfortable, The kitchen fridge could have used a cleaning, especially on the outside. Also not that this has anything to do with the hosting but during the night on Saturday I heard in the master bedroom over the bathroom door what sounded like scratching like a mouse or a squirrel may have been in the wall just a heads up.

that the home was spacious, and everyone could have there privacy.

It was cold and the heat only went to 75 but I just prefer to be as warm as possible. If you like heat like me just bring extra clothing to keep warm. This is specific to winter/colder weather only.

The location, the rooms were nice, lots of parking. The host was very accommodating and responsive throughout the whole experience. Does not take long to respond to questions. Close to a lot of stores and food places and not far from night life.

Not much honestly. I thought briefly that it would be cool to have a blender here for people to use. Saw a lot of Kcup coffee pods but none of them were just regular good old French roast or plain coffee. They were either decaf or flavored. The outdoor furniture was all covered except the swing. It rained a lot so the seat cushion to the swing was wet and dirty when we arrived and the kids really wanted to try it out. Eventually, we relented and just used a towel to cover it. The chairs at the outdoor table were full of debris/dirt/leaves from the trees overhead. Looked like it had been there a while so maybe people don't use that area often, but we just raked the seats out and wiped them down with a little all purpose cleaner. (yes, there were cleaning supplies!). No big deal. It's a great place and nothing could spoil it!

LOVED everything about this experience and this house. As a vacation rental, this place set the bar! First, the home was beautifully decorated. It feels like a home but made for people to come and feel encouraged and inspired. There's cool artwork and sayings posted around the house. I loved how colorful and vibrant the place was. Mattresses were comfy memory foam and we loved the pillows. The dining room was adorable! And don't get me started on the game room! My family enjoyed having the chance to play (and learn to play) pool! The game room was so spacious and had additional board games which was awesome because when we arrived in Dallas we were regretting not bringing any of our games for the trip. There were enough sleeping accommodations for 10-12 people (including the sofa bed). There was a laundry room with a smart washer and dryer. There is a smart fridge! Listen, this thing has all-around cooling and an alarm when left open! I NEED that in my house. The microwave is a convection oven, not a standard microwave. Oh, and the double oven!! OMG! The ovens were so nice and probably expensive, we had to look up how to work them online! Haha. The house was stocked with towels, sheets, blankets, extra toilet paper, and paper towels. Plus all the dishes, appliances, and silverware you could need. It had baking ware, a fireplace (didn't get to try it out), a grill, a nice backyard with various seating options and a fire pit (sucks we didn't get to use it). There honestly wasn't enough time to fully enjoy the awesomeness of this house. My entire family raved about it. It's clear that so much care went into putting this home together. Also, really enjoyed the little books around the place. "The Butterfly Effect" by Andy Andrews was short and impactful. Also, garage was around back, but the host said we could park in front cause our van was too tall for the clearance we feared. The host was accessible, helpful, and kind!

They stay was excellent! My daughter had a small sleepover with a few of friends for 14th birthday. It was definitely more than enough space. It was clean and decor was really fun and eclectic. The owner of property was nice and very responsive.

the only complaint i have is that the spiders outside the home kept making webs other than that it was perfect

I didn't like the fact that the entire house was poorly cleaned. The kitchen, microwave, fridge and ovens were dirty and the floors were poorly swept and not mopped. It was Taco Bell trash in the yard and no we didn't clean it up, it's not our responsibility. Just goes to say that the cleaning company needs to be replaced. Trash was filled to capacity upon our arrival, plus for the first two days we(10 people) had to share the one main shower due to a extremely slow drain in the hallway bathroom. I voiced my concerns with Devon, he told me thanks for letting him know that he can improve for the future. I asked for a small refund of $200 for the inconveniences and filth, I was denied. We don't mind cleaning what we mess up, but we shouldn't have to do any cleaning up on arrival,that should have been taken care of by the cleaning company. I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves. The pictures are out of date, they're from when they first opened
