The pool at tower 2 was very cold. Also the room had some roaches. They were dying but they were there. The shower in the main room was broken and the door to the bathroom was also broken. The shower worked but the floor was loose or something

There were roaches. It was so many that I had to go buy roach spray and some sticky traps and put out. There was also sand still all over the floors when we arrived. The trash can top hadn’t been cleaned.

Parking was difficult to find a spot at night time… the overflow parking was also very limited and tight spaces to get in.

Tower 2 pool, elevators were fast and clean, ice cream shop below was nice. View was great. Loved not having to keep up with a key,enjoyed having the door code instead

Please say that there are two towers because tower two has sea views and the first tower is front beach. I rented views of the sea and they said yes views of the sea not in front the beach and that made me sad😔

The condo could have been cleaner. The sink didn’t drain properly. There was not bedding available for the pullout sofa. Pot selection was limited and rusty baking pans. New bedding is needed in both rooms.

Street noise, view wasn't what we expected, had to cross street to access ocean. Three tvs in condo, living area tv volume kept going up and down then finally quit working, the remotes didn't work properly even after changing out batteries. Seat of dining chair was just lying on chair frame. Deadbolt to front door didn't work.

Spacious, clean, lots of towels and wash cloths. Good location as far as shopping and dining were concerned.

Parking deck- it’s close to get her., no way to turn around for larger suv and trucks., lots not marked and you don’t know it’s full until you get in it.

Not the fault of the owner (who was very responsive), but the parking was a nightmare. Spent a lot of our time looking for parking spots (which are extremely small)

Broken door , mold on guest shower , stopped up kitchen sink , unclean refrigerator . No cleaning service at all , seen no staff besides the security at the desk . Got charged a cleaning fee but I had to clean and wash everything myself .

We got there after a 12 hour drive...all we wanted to do is lay down..but the condo was not cleaned...had to contact the owner and have someone come in and clean..we were made to leave for almost 3 hours...we were advised that they would provide dinner for us and at 930 there was still no dinner..contacted the owner and cleaner and they said there was a issue with them ordering it...so we just ordered it ourselves...the first day was a complete waste...

ok so first thing that I came to realization about was Ocean view is NOT beach front . I was super upset about that and the front desk lady says everyone gets confused and upset about that also so please pay attention bc the caption is VERY MISLEADING. when we got there I didn’t have a code to the condo so I had to reach out to booking.com several times bc the first couple attempts they said they couldn’t reach the person I was renting from . when they did I had no trouble getting it . what really bothered me the most about my whole stay was that this is the first time we chose a condo over Days Inn in Panama . we love Days Inn ! we never have any trouble and it’s a great rate and so far it’s always been clean and plenty of towels etc . Anyways this condo comes with a 350$ cleaning fee and when we got there I was expecting it to be clean and as far as beds being made and all of that basic stuff it was . But my kids took their shoes off and was running around in their socks and they were BLACK in 15 min . I mean BLACK too and not just a little dirt . and the front bathroom smelled VERY strong of urine , I noticed all of this as soon as we got there and about 20 min after we got there a lady knocked on our door that said she was a “inspector “ came in and literally inspected everything and was asking us questions so I told her the floor was black and the bathroom had a little pee behind the toilet and it smelled strong of urine in there . she got down on her hands and knees and cleaned behind the toilet but still it smelled God awful . she did offer to mop but it was weird enough already with her being in there with us so I ask her if they had a mop and she went down and got me a steam mop head thingy ( I told her I’d prob mop up the sand anyways after the beach and all that ) but still !! I mopped 3 times with that steam mop before I got all the black off that floor … no way it’s being cleaned properly between each stay .

I like that there was lots of sleeping room and it wouldn’t be a bad place to stay if it were clean
