The weather was not perfect. The flight was to long. I prefer gas stoves. They did not have a pool. The need more vending machines. There were two machines that were stocked but it was just snacks.

The accommodations were good. The Staff was helpful. it location allowed us to get to our destinations with ease. I would stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel and I cannot say enough good things about it. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how clean and beautiful the property was. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, making me feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible customer service provided by Heidi. She went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help with anything I needed really made a difference. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch place to stay. The cleanliness, beauty, and size of the property, combined with the exceptional customer service from Heidi, truly make this a five-star destination. The floor wasn't as clean as it should have been -- I noticed when walking around barefooted the bottom of my feet got darker. This is a problem I've run into at other hotels as well. They look clean but aren't thoroughly mopped.

The suite is spacious and the kitchen is very nice. Lots of lighting. I like the added security of the entrance doors that require a key for entrance. It's also easy to access I85 and other highways to get around the area.

The hotel is located in more of a business area near the interstate, which is good for quick access to I 85 , but for grocery stores, restaurants and shops there's a several minute drive typically (not a big deal if you have a car). There is a Bojangles, Waffle House and Spinx gas station within walking distance of the hotel. There were bright lights outside one of our bedroom windows, so some room darkening shades or drapes would be nice for that.

The unit was very comfortable, clean and well laid out. There was a laundry facility and exercise equipment on the premises as well. All the units face inwards towards a courtyard where there is outdoor furniture and a grill for social gathering outside. There are locked sliding glass doors at the entrance that require a room key to enter, so an extra level of security is provided.

The only thing we didn't like was that internet access was still a little slow. Even paying for the high speed.

The location was great. We were from Buffalo, and it was a great central location to visit my family. We liked that it was a home away from home.

Floors need attention. Just sweeping does not suffice in these covid days. Makes a person wonder about the cleanliness of the enter space. Hardly any kitchen equipment.

Convenience we did not arrive until after hours and they worked with us and the process was super easy. Thank you Wanda!

The floors were very dirty.. I was surprised since I had read such good reviews.. by the end of the day our white socks were brown.. and the shower curtain had a musty smell.. and housekeeping was only once every seven days and we were only there 7 days so didn't get any service..

It was very spacious and loved the kitchen..

my wife and I both have difficulties with the stairs my wife even utilizing a cane and we could only get accommodations on the second level after I requested first floor if it all possible, I guess it wasn’t possible . No elevator in today’s age I think is rather ridiculous not to mention cheap.

No pool. Had to buy coffee filters n paper towels. Office not open early to get a paper copy of receipt. Was told it was a minimum 3 night stay when we checked in not when i called. Washer n dryer were a bit pricey

No breakfast, we bought some groceries at Walmart. Filters for the coffee pot would have been nice so we didn't have to buy any. No paper towels provided. The location was perfect for our adventures with MTTS
