There were only two garbages in the room and they were really small. We needed our garbage changed by the end of a day.

I loved how cleanly and spacious it was and we went to Disney so the location was PERFECT!!! Right around the corner and such amazing helpful staff! The beds were so comfy, the men that worked there are beyond good looking and the breakfast is perfect!

I thought it would be walking distance to Disney, you are able to take a shuttle but it took a bit for pick up and drop off

i didnt like the idea of paying for parking to stay at the hotel. thats the thing that did it for me and the extra charges of incidentals, i find that ridiculous.

i was surprised about the breakfast , and lunch and dinner, it was the first time i had actually eaten at a hotel. it was a good experience.

• $25 for parking is more than we were expecting. • you have to request for them to clean your room and request it the day before.. so that was different. • there are only 2 TINY.. and I mean tiny.. garbage cans in the whole room. Those got filled within a few hours of being there and we asked for them to be taken out and that took a while to happen. •The desk had what I hope is ketchup on it. At first I thought it was blood.. but now I’m thinking ketchup. But still.. could have been wiped down better. Everything else was really clean though. •The breakfast ends at 9:30am. I’d suggest ending at 10am.. we missed it more days than not on the days we didn’t go to the parks because we wanted to sleep in a little bit. Also, it wasn’t fantastic by any means. The waffles take forever to make and have zero flavor. Not a lot of variety and it’s basically the same thing every day. I ended up just getting some protein shakes from Walmart instead of trying to do the breakfast the last couple days.

•Location: Loved the location! I wasn’t expecting to be able to walk.. but we did it just fine! It took us 13 minutes of not a very fast pace walking after a long day at Disney to get from the Disney parking garage to the hotel. So that was a plus! We felt really safe in this area. Nothing weird going on anywhere around it. It’s a nice area. •Rooms: Even though the room didn’t look like picture (wasn’t a separate room like shown) we were very impressed with the rooms! They are huge! It has a full kitchen with a full fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher, cabinets, and everything you need to make food like utensils, bowls, plates, pots, etc. it also has a kitchen scrubber, dish soap, hand towels, paper towels, dish washer soap, and salt and pepper. The room also has a large desk for organization, a tv, full length mirror, and dresser. Our beds were all comfortable, even the pull out bed. The room was also pretty clean. The bedding was all very clean.. which isn’t always the case in hotels. Had a large vanity and mirror with a sink and a closet with hangers, a safe, and a laundry basket which was actually really nice to have. •Laundry: There’s several washers and dryers that are free to use in the basement which was really nice! You do need to bring your own detergent. This was a huge plus for us. I hate going home with dirty clothes. •Parking: Parking garage was close, easily accessible to the rooms via elevator or a very short walk through the main doors and lobby. It was clean and we never had any issues finding a parking or with any sketchy. •Employees: The front desk people were all really nice! There was a younger kid that was very friendly and helpful. He was great. Then the night lady was also great! •Hotel itself: Very clean and nice! •Breakfast: We liked that it was free, but I’ll get into that more later. LOVED that they had a soda and ice machine available throughout the day. We don’t use the soda, but definitely used the ice..

We has to wait 45 min to check in, there was no one in the front desk. I found in the room several caps from bottles and plastic things in the floor so the room wasn’t clean enough, the sofa matress had a hig stain

The elevator was out of service for one day we were there and we had to walk up and down stairs carring our things and a two year old. We were not aware there was another elevator available from the parking lot. On the breakfast the sausage and egg needs better flavor, they were not very tasty. The rest of the breakfast was great.

I loved the suite set up with two rooms this was great so our whole family could stay together. Breakfast was ok, waffles and country style potatoes were good.

Sometimes the front is closed late when you leave Disney so you have to walk through the garage to get back in.

The pull out bed was broken so used the matress on the floor in between the beds. Rooms are a little tired but this is made up for by the attentive staff. Could have been a little more variation and healthy food options for breakfast.

Staff were great. The room size overall was good. Good location with easy access to Disney. Not too far from Huntington beach which offers a calming break from the Disney madness

We ended up with a studio for six people due to a mix up with another hotel. But still roomy. Parking is a little limited especially if you arrive after hours

Paying to park the car in the car park of the hotel. This is a complete money making scam. If the car park had a security guard that needed to be paid then I can sort of understand it but nothing just money money money. A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND GREED AT ITS HIGHEST LEVEL
