My room smelled like feet. I wasn’t able to checkin until 3:30 because my room wasn’t ready. But a young lady was able to accommodate me in a room that was ready.

Website said they had a airport shuttle!!So not true!! Had to pay for one going to hotel and one going back! Very expensive lyft rides!

$7 to park per day the parking lot was a huge cinema, hotel, and restaurant location with plenty of parking so not sure why $7 sur charge. Had to get towels for the family since there weren’t enough and sheets for the fold out bed. Room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30 pm

It was a suite plenty of room to relax. Breakfast stations were good but can be quite busy during the weekends so I took my food to my room Since there wasn’t a lot of room to sit and relax.

THE HOTEL NEEDS LARGE BREAKFAST AREA AND MORE TABLES. WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR TABLES TO BE FREE ALL THE DAYS THAT WE STAY IN THERE AND EVEN EAT AT ONE OF THE SOFAS ONE DAY.

GREAT COZY AND FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL, LOVE THE LARGE ROOMS WITH 2 BATHROOMS FOR LARGE FAMILIES. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL STAFF.

Can't control who your neighbors are. They were a little noisy. Other than that, very quiet and peaceful.

This is a quality hotel. It offers everything a vacationer or business traveler could need. It was clean, well staffed, and the amenities were set on. Restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast buffet served what you need without going overboard.

As the juice machine wasn’t working the 3 mornings we were there, it would’ve been nice if an alternative was used e.g. jugs of juice. The kitchen in the room didn’t have basic utensils like a plug for the sink, teaspoons, egg lifter, sharp knives, dishwashing brush. We didn’t ask the staff about these so maybe they would’ve been made available but we just improvised. The free airport shuttle was only available on weekdays. We stayed in a similar place in Phoenix for quite a lot less. We’re from Australia and don’t know the difference in states so maybe there’s a reason for this!

It was about a 15 minute drive to the airport in the free airport shuttle and less than 15 minutes to walk to the bus stop. The bus took you to Southpark Meadows shopping centre which has Walmart, Target, JC Penney, Old Navy and a few smaller shops. Our room was quite spacious with a separate bedroom, lounge room, kitchen and decent sized bathroom. The included breakfast was nice and varied. The pool was nice and clean. Make sure you go to the “Bat Bridge” just before sunset to see the bat migration!

Nothing, except that the Bookings.com site does not have the right information with regards to the shuttle bus.. This is a bookings.com issue, not an issue from the hotel.

The staff were very helpful when I had an issue, and the facilities and breakfast were very good.

Watch out for hidden fees. Parking was not included, although via booking.com appointed. Was put on my folio without explanation and folio only mailed after two requests.

The temperature of the air conditioner was warm. They did offer to give me another room. As soon as I arrived they let me go to the room to see what it felt like. I chose to stay there because of the extra bed I had requested. They tried to offer me a cooler room.

Close to many places we visited. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean.

I made the reservation for the same room i booked last time which had 4 beds but when i got there they said they were sold out and gave me a room with 2 beds.

I came back to this hotel a second time for another trip in Austin. I really liked the shower water pressure and how clean the place is.
