We had booked a two bed apartment. When we tried to check in at 3.30 (30 mins early) we were told the room wasn’t ready (fair enough). When we returned at 10pm we were told that due to a “maintenance issue” we would have to have two separate rooms to get the three beds we’d booked. So we ended up with a King and Double in a two bed suite and a separate double for our 18 year old daughter at the other end of the property. This was okay for us but might not have been for others.

Not all front desk was helpful nor knowledgeable. I had called to get information regarding my reservations and payment and staff was not clear on status. Also had a fedex package delivered and staff could not locate until I came back to let them.know that I had proof of delivery. Made me late for work.

Breakfast was good. Love that this is included. Wish it would be served for a later time.

TV wouldn't work with HDMI cord to hook in laptop to do training zoom. The air-conditioner blowing in face at night. Placement could be better for vent.

Loved the variety at breakfast and it was different each day. But I'm an oatmeal fan and it was great to have cooked oatmeal and not packets to rehydrate. The staff kept it restocked and clean.

AC was pretty loud but it was over 100 degrees everyday of our trip

location is great for access to Domain and Arboretum, pool area is very nice and breakfast/coffee is awesome. On top of having traditional baked goods, cereals and hot items, they had kimchi and steamed rice for organization that was staying there! breakfast opens at 6:30a (coffee bar was usually open at 6) and on the last day when my sons and I had to leave at 6:15a the staff setting up was super helpful letting us grab some baked goods and fruit to go with a smile on his face and wishing us safe travels.

There were no drinks like coffee and tea available in the suite at any time.

I loved the kitchen. It was nice to just step out the bedroom and make a coffee. Doors to the bedroom were great for privacy. The suite temperature was fresh. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled like flowers, very refreshing. A tv in the living room and another at the bedroom was awesome. The outdoor sitting areas were very pleasant and relaxing. The channel line up was very nice, with a good variety of shows to pick from. The large window in the living room and bedroom were fantastic. The bed was very large and very comfortable. Breakfast had a large variety, and tasted yummy. The staff was very very kind and helpful. Property needs a general clean, hallway carpets are dirty. We had a problem with the AC unit and were told that maintenance would come and fix it, but then told the next evening that maintenance didn’t work till the next day. They did move us to another room, and gave a discount for the room for those two nights. The night clerk that checked us in and out, seriously needs some customer service training. She was condescending, and very abrupt. She was really the only issue we had with our stay.

Location was ideal for activities we had planned. Breakfast was awesome. Lots of parking. Staff was pleasant.
