I'm really picky when it comes to hotels. But this hotel,by far, meets my expectations and more. From the friendly staff, the convenience of the location,the price ,the manager special that's offered Monday-Thursday, and the complimentary laundry. I would definitely come back and stay again!

75$ for my 7lb toy poodle who is a service animal seems a bit unfair we have stayed 2 years in a row and I have felt that way both times but never spoke up.

Very good breakfast.complimentary dinner Monday-thursday with vine. Large suite with full kitchen,2 TV’s, comfortable beds. Close to I-95.

This is not the hotel’s fault, but a storm caused a power outage so our room had no power for about 5 hours the second day. Which was not that big of deal. It was just more frustrating to trek up and down the stairs with stuff and trying to figure out what was going on since our room was at the top of the hotel and the elevators didn’t come back until the next day. Also, the breakfast was somewhat cold and off the second morning. I’m guessing it was just as a result of trying to recover from the storm the night before. I think that they handled the power outage situation well in communicating with guests and trying to make sure that everyone was safe and able to get down from their higher floors safely.

The stay was nice and quiet. The rooms were very clean and the AC ran just right. There was plenty of space to spread apart and relax throughout the hotel. The staff was very nice as well.

I forgot to check the pet fee which was 75USD, quite rich for a 1 night stay over.

The suite easily fitted our family and 1 small dog. A baby crib is available on request. It was great that the bedroom is separated from the main room with a door that can be closed. Both rooms have a tv. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly to us.

Front desk called me at my venue to tell me that they were moving my belongings out because I did not pat for the 20th. I walked back to the hotel, as fast as I could. After cleaning out one bedroom and kitchen, front desk girl called to say a gentlemen had cancelled his reservation, so I could stay. I checks my itinerary and I had paid for the 20th. I went back down and she had new keys for me and booked me back into my suite. It would have been better if she had checked the reservation properly and seen that I had paid and did not have to practically run back to the hotel and move all our items. I recently had a stroke and my family was very worried about me walking and being in the heat. My daughter left the venue worried about me and found me walking very slowly back to the civic center. She picked me up by car anfpd we returned to venue. The girl at the front desk should have said she made a mistake and not tell me a lie. She needs to check reservations more carefully. It ruined my trip and I was so sick.

The breakfast was good, nice variety. Close to venue I was attending.

More water pressure in the shower.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The shower needed more water pressure but there was plenty of room. Their breakfast was nice. Lots of choices and everything tasted good.
