My bathroom sink was a little clogged and the toilet didn't flush well. Had to have staff take a look and fix them. The problem was still with the toilet after it was fixed. However, the guy came to the room quickly and was professional.

The television didn't really face the bed or the couch. I like to watch tv while I go to sleep. I could turn it some, but watched at about a 45 degree angle.

Location was great for where we were going. Bed and room were clean. Breakfast was good. Located near a variety of good restaurants.

Room was a little rough and not real clean fingerprints and handprints on mirrors bathroom covered in caulking a little tacky considering it is a pretty nice hotel wouldn't have been so bad if the caulk would have been color matched with the tan color instead of white caulking smeared around the ceiling and on every seam. The room didn't match the photos on website also was supposed to have a walk-in shower and was stuck with a bathtub room didn't seem to be what I booked nor what I saw in the photos nor was it as nice as it was the last time I stayed here probably should have said something but we were very tired and ready to relax

When we arrived at the hotel, an hour early, we asked for early check-in (after calling ahead of time) and were promptly dismissed and rudely reminded that check-in time was 3 pm. My family and, I who had been traveling for hours, went shopping to pass some time. When we arrived back at the hotel at 3 pm (check-in time) we were asked to wait once again. At 3:30 pm we were told by a hotel staff member that they didn't know why we were told to come back at 3 pm because the check-in time can vary based on how many guests have asked for a late check out time. I have NEVER been to a hotel where the check-in time was just a "suggestion." After waiting nearly another half hour, and finally having to get firm about getting a room since we had 4 people to get ready for a family gathering, we finally got a room about an hour after check-in time. We would have been ok with the staff admitting that they had made a mistake (which they did) with the room situation. What wasn't ok was how they tried to shame their guests by stating that guests should not assume they will get their room at check-in time. What is the point of a check-in time if the hotel can just randomly decide to change the time? At other hotels I've been to, whether other guest get late check-out or not, the hotels ensures that rooms are turned over in time for arriving guests. It was extremely uncalled for how the staff expected guests to wait for an hour so that they could fix their mess up.

First room HVAC did not work. staff sent us to 2nd room that had not been completely prepared (no towels, no shower gel, no luggage stand, no ice container). Staff was helpful in getting items but was annoying to have to ask.

The continental breakfast wasn't the best. At 8:00 AM there wasn't a good selection left from earlier breakfast eaters. Coffee was empty as well as several food containers never had food. There wasn't a complete selection of food to start a new day. Selection not sufficient for a quality hotel.

The location was real good. Close to interstate with other quality hotels & restaurants. The room suite was what expected and appeared pretty clean. Good and comfortable bed. Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner storage container nearly fell off the wall while I was taking my shower.

The internet connection is unreliable and not stable enough for constant working travelers. The pullout sofa abuts the TV dresser and pathways are blocked. Thin walls= hearing the snoring neighbor clearly. Halls and lobby feel dim/shadowy/not well lit. Elevator feels unsafe.

The location is close to amenities and attractions without being in the middle and feeling overwhelmed by it all. There are TONS of food options within close range. Close to the highway without being up against the noise. In a suite, there is plenty of seating for 4 people without feeling cramped. It's a good separation from a work space to a sleeping space.

The handle to the shower was broken 😞 and it was really hard to turn off the water. I was offered another room but I was leaving the next day... So I didn't make a big deal out of it....

The breakfast was good!!! My children didn't like the milk I'm not sure what was wrong I didn't taste it but they said it tasted funny. But my coffee was really good with my waffle.... If they had muffins that would have made my day😁
