It was the high incidental fees my friend who lived here fees were really but I enjoyed myself it was all worth it!

The peacefulness the time it was really clean housekeeping was great, the breakfast was also good!

Very close to the airport. Didn't bother us but may bother others. Wed night I think was the busiest night for planes landing. It could get pretty loud at times but we slept great still. Thurs, Fri, Sat we didn't hear much. Wish they also had a shuttle to the convention center. That would have been amazing and very very helpful. I noticed the 2 hotels near them had one and it was running back and forth to the convention center all day. Overall it wasn't a bad drive over but parking can get pretty full if it's raining, it would have been nice to have been dropped off at the front door!

Nice location... very clean... great front desk employees...very comfortable. Our beds are comfortable... even the sofa bed! My daughter didn't mind it at all. It looked like it was brand new and never even used. Breakfast was pretty good... the usual. Breakfast attendants were helpful and kept everything stocked! They had a dinner available on Wed night (I guess it's Mon thru Wed)...sloppy joe and macaroni salad. It's a nice touch to have available after a long drive! Our room was very clean and neat. Loved all the items available in our kitchen. I loved having the full fridge with an ice maker in the freezer. It was so helpful being there for a 3 day volleyball tournament!! This hotel is directly across from gate 3 of the convention center but you can't enter thru gate 3 so it's not exactly walkable. However gate 2 is within feet of the exit of our hotel. It took us about 4 mins to get in and parked. Our favorite stay of our club season was here. I would recommend!

We were in room 218 and the TV picture kept going out. You shut It off for a bit and then it would come back on. But that was All that we had an issue with.

Very close to airport which didn't bother my family but may be a disturbance to some. It would be nice to have a thicker comforter for the sofa bed, but we came prepared and brung our own.

Nice clean hotel, loved the bigger suites, kitchenette with full fridge was great, breakfast was good... just typical hotel breakfast, bed was very comfortable

My only complaint was the beds were not comfortable however my arthritis is pretty severe so it is hard to find a good bed while traveling.

The staff was absolutely amazing!!! We had issues where our reservation wasn’t found and they were able give us a room to accommodate us. The room was even at a lower rate which was wonderful. They were very professional and went the extra mile our whole weekend!

The receptionist could make an effort to go the extra mile, be more empathetic. Case: On the 1st of Jan. a mother with a child came down late for breakfast, and the kitchen was closed. The receptionist only confirmed that breakfast was closed, but someone from the kitchen made an effort to whip up something. Probably breakfast could be extended a bit longer, or at least for post-holidays, as people may wake up late.

Facility is great, good cleanliness Good value for money Breakfast was good.

I really don’t think I could say anything bad about it. If I had to be picky I’d say the shower head could be better but that is pretty petty.
