Needs updating around the property and staff well treated the hotel more like their home than their job. My husband and I heard a lot of stuff we didn’t need to hear! The staff all eat breakfast at hotel and guests get to hear and see all! They do the same for the social hour! They aren’t talking to guests they are socializing with only each other! Very unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable!

I loved our one bedroom with kitchen and I loved that there was a great areas for grilling! I loved that there’s a social hour !

The patio outside was great and it even had grills. Pool and hot tub were nice especially with access for wheelchair bound folks, a nice plus.

The building seemed to be cheaply made. The breakfast could use a little more variety of fruits and muffins

We were having some issues with noise coming from the floor above us at all hours of the day and night. We had 2 very bad days with hardly any sleep and the manager solved our problems and she was very nice and moved our room from the 4th floor to the 5th floor, plus gave us an upgrade for the rest of our stay. The staff was also very friendly from the beginning of our week long stay.

The deodorizer used in the room was very strong and was a tad overpowering. It smelled like what you would envision Axe body spray smelling like.

The breakfast was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall a very nice hotel.

Our room came with towels but no washcloths. Not sure if that's standard practice but it would have been nice to have them. The staff was friendly but one of the staff members was FaceTiming someone while checking us out. She put her phone down while she helped us but it seemed a bit unprofessional.

We really enjoyed how clean and quiet the facility was. The king suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The whirlpool was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious. The price for our stay was very reasonable. A really great find! We would definitely stay there again!

The beds were a little on the hard side and the pillows were way too fat and fluffy. Ran home and got our pillows.The in room jetted Whirlpool only fit one of us and not 2 people which was why we wanted it so we got in it separately.

Loud bathroom fan. Thermostat seemed to be programmed and would re adjust. Only two towels. Parking was scarce. Must have more rooms than parking spots.

The room 132 was perfect. Very quiet even though we were next to an exit. Huge breakfast lay out. Everything was very clean. Ice maker in room. If we needed something they were quick to get it to us. Plenty of things to do around hotel.

The stank stale smell, the pet hair and debris all over the room, the staff were unprofessional and disheveled...etc

Getting my full refund like I said I would. Reporting all pictures and recordings to IHG Corporate, Contacting Milwaukee Consumer Services Dept, BBB and then reporting the fraudulent charges on my credit card 32 days after check in.

Other guests and their kids were running up and down the halls and slamming doors, until 9:30 PM. The noise did stop, but wish it had been addressed sooner.

Rooms and facilities are clean, modern, and comfortable. The kitchenette in the room was nice and had decent coffee, tea, and a popcorn packet.
