The breakfast was bad. The eggs were "artificial"? and brown (overcooked). The sausage (kielbasa?) was well overcooked and looked like they were sitting out for more than just an hour or so for breakfast ( I was down at 7:30 am for breakfast). The oatmeal was watery and there were no options to add to it. No brown sugar, cinnamon... There was powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and granola; think that was for the waffles. The juice machine was out of order, the soda machine was out of order. No water bottles available, only tea or coffee.

Food was AWFUL. ZERO EFFORT. FRENCH FRIES AND RUBBER Omelettes for breakfast 🤢🤢 Staff in general did not care. No effort to make guests feel welcome. Furniture throughout hotel is falling apart. Burnt lights in rooms not replaced. Dressers drawers barely work(watch your feet!), and just a general feeling of deferred maintenance throughout. Not what you should get w a hotel that specializes in suites.. Oh, and they didn't have the room we booked. Luckily there, they made that right by giving us two rooms bc the double suites were not available as advertised on BOOKING AND THRU THEIR WEBSITE

Madison at the front desk was very helpful upon check in. Thank goodness for her professionalism. Other than that tho, no smiles, no Hello's, no have a nice day from anyone. Front desk was unoccupied half the time. Staff in general didn't seem to care and certainly didn't exceed expectations other than Madison.

When I walked in there was a huge moth (ok, it was about the size of a thumb nail) in the middle of the floor, and there were finger prints on the bottom of the full length mirror. they also gave me a used bottle of lotion on the sink ( it was nearly empty and the lid was on backwards). definitely not the cleanest!

Damage throughout, indicating a rough area. (Kick holes, knuckle/punch marks curse words scratched into the elevator) The pool didn't work and that was the ENTIRE DECIDING FACTOR for choosing this hotel. I'm awaiting the status of my refund request.

The breakfast is totally useless. Horrid quality, don't count on it filling up yourself or your child. The pool was not open, even tho absolutely no one was even concerned with germ spread. I saw zero masks on patrons or staff for nearly two weeks at the hotel. Open the darn pool already. My key cards had to be reset nearly every night while there. Completely annoying. The side entry doors do not work. Also annoying during freezing winter weather. Maintenance at this place is clearly lacking. Oh yeah, and the clothes dresser was falling apart The owners and manager need to put some love back into this place. None of this is an exaggeration.

Bathroom sink had a huge crack in it. Was repaired, but looked terrible. My room was over the room where the hotel industrial washing machines were...noisy during the day.

Location is great...very close to a 10 mile walking path. Size of room was perfect and roomy for a 10 night stay. Having a desk area and kitchen was great. Staff were friendly and responsive.

I had booked a room with 2 beds. I was given a room with a king and pull out. It was never discussed with me. It was a surprise walking into the room. I was told they over booked the double bed rooms. I was not thrilled having to sleep on a pull out sofa. Plus hallway smelled like smoke when we got off the elevator.

The cleaning policy for the hotel is not clear. The documentation in the room suggested daily touch ups and weekly full service cleans. The daily touch service seemed to never occur, and the weekly full service clean must be booked on arrival otherwise you have to constantly ask for it.

The room was large and spacious. The provided kitchenette had all the amenities expected. Bathroom contained decent toiletries. Guest Laundry services were easy to use. The fitness centre had several machines. I wasn't sure about the swimming pool and other facilities. Breakfast was standard American breakfast. Air conditioning worked well and kept the summer heat at bay. There is also plenty of free parking in front of the hotel along with several restaurants, shops, and eateries.

No pool available in mid summer? Not good. We had to return to front desk to get bedding for pullout bed. Breakfast was diappointing compared to previous stays here. The coffee in all pots was actually undrinkable. Extremely diluted, way more water than should have been.🙁

the pool and hot top was listed open but it’s been close for two years, the fitness center is a joke 83 degrees hot and conjoined with wide open laundry room. had to go to LA fitness and pay to work out.
