GreeceWe were there for 12 days, not one damn time did they clean the room. We asked and they said they clean it every 7th day, even if in a tag in the room was written that there would be light cleaning every day and complete cleaning on the 7th day. 7 days passed and nothing, we asked the cleaning lady that we saw in the hall and she said we have to schedule. And guess what, we couldn't schedule because we were leaving in a couple of days and it didn't make any sense. Breakfast was ok most of the days, a couple of times was really terrible, my husband and myself got diarrhea. Staff is very friendly but to each other... I'm very disappointed, never again to this hotel or any of the chain.

Room was extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. Location was awesome close to highway and plenty of stores to shop from. About 45 minutes drive to Philly. Staff was extremely super friendly. Breakfast was nice , the outdoor fire pit was also a nice spot to have a glass of wine in the evenings. Only thing is the pool was closed .. …otherwise would stay again. Shout out to the front desk crew !!!

United StatesPool was closed and we weren’t aware of this prior to booking. The pool was one thing that brought us to booking this hotel. The shower in the room was dirty on the floor and around the edge. Pink mold present. Bathroom sink was cracked and dirty. Kitchen area was a little dirty.

we ended up not staying here. we checked in and found out the pool was closed. when we got to our room we found the shower head was broken, the room was in very poor condition and there appeared to be mold on the ceiling in the bathroom above the toilet.

United StatesThe lobby seating is atrocious! Most of their seats are actually peeling so badly until none of the guests in our party would dare sit in any of them, neither did we see many of the guests sitting in the peeling seats either. You had to find seats that weren't peeling and there were very few of them. When we first checked in, we had to change rooms because it's supposed to be a non-smoking facility and all you could smell was smoke. And the hotel also apologized for the unknown stench in the refrigerator of the room. We had the room changed. The new room smelled better, but there were strings hanging all around the comforter like it was too old to be used anymore. Our friends who accompanied us had to change rooms due to the air conditioner not working. Their new room had unclean sheets. They found a set of cleaner sheets folded up in the closet and used those instead. It's unfortunate that this property gives the Intercontinental Group Hotels a bad name. I will be looking for Hilton hotels accommodations moving forward. This property is not a 3 star hotel. This particular property is a 2 star hotel, in my opinion. And my stay was not 5 stars but 3 stars.
The property looks very nice on the surface, the outside, and when you initially walk inside the property. Their coffee is really good. Alexa and Lisanne were especially helpful. Exceptional customer service being patient, kind, and taking initiative in following up. The hotel staff was very accommodating.

United StatesTrash left in the hallway smelled. The room was booked for 3, but the sofa bed wasn’t made and didn’t have a top sheet, blanket or pillows. I was able to get these from the front desk. There was a kitchenette, but only one spoon, one fork, no table and only one chair. When I booked, the website indicated that the pool would be open, but it wasn’t.
The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. It was convenient to have a kitchenette and there were plenty of bowls, plates and mugs. The room was clean and there was plenty of parking. The king bed was comfortable, the sofa bed wasn’t.

I kept calling the hotel as I was waiting and no one was answering. the man behind me in line too was frustrated cause he had his family with him. than when she showed up she walked around the bend with like 3 or 4 random people socializing. she had no interest in the world to serve her clients. than later that night I requested a extra blanket through the front desk. let me tell you it never arrived. the pool was closed due to renovation nut the hotel couldn’t do anything bout that. I had an awful experience here and will not be returning to the hotel anytime soon.

The accommodations were great. I requested a 2-bedroom suite, and it was beautiful. I could have paid at least $100.00 less for a 3day, 2night stay especially since the pool and gym were not available due to Covid guidelines, but it was still awesome. Alexa was very nice when my family and I checked in and I noticed the other staff members were just as accommodating to the other guests as well. I liked having the breakfast available every morning too.

United StatesThe 3rd floor elevator near our room had broken down button. We weren't advised of this. Lucky there was a 2nd elevator around the hall we found by accident. When I went downstairs to get bottle of water, there was a dead mouse in the middle of the hallway going towards the lobby main area. My husband got sick after drinking hot tea which we didn't think had to do with the tea, but I also fell ill after drinking it. Would not stay again for the price paid.
