Out of a 6 day stay we never once had a knock from housekeeping to check on us. We had to chase them down for towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.

Very good value. Great amenities and very good breakfast. Free onsite laundry was also a nice touch.

The couch was stained & dirty. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. I was given the wrong room number, I tried opening the door to a room that was taken. That guess wasn’t happy with me nor was I. When checking out the staff was too busy training someone to take the time to answer questions about my bill.

Be very cautious when checking in, especially in the evening. Front desk staff member was in a hurry to check us in. As a result, we were charged twice. Although the hotel cancelled one of the transactions, it took 3 full business days for the money to be returned to our account.

Accommodations were clean, spacious, and met our needs. The staff was professional, kind and helpful with one exception of the problem when we checked in. The location was great. We took several walks from the hotel to nearby shops, restaurants and just to sight see in the immediate neighborhood. The location was convenient to highways making travel to and from the hotel easy.

The only complaint I have about this property is regarding comfortability. I took an informal poll at breakfast and out of the 10 people I asked, all had the very same (and only) complaint. The couches are too hard, too low and slanted at a weird angle which made sitting down very awkward and uncomfortable. And the beds are also too hard. The first night it felt like we were sleeping on rocks. We went to Walmart and bought a foam topper for one of the beds and it helped a little, but not nearly enough for a comfortable night’s rest. If those two issues are fixed, we would definitely make Staybridge Suites our go to hotel for any destination.

The property is in a great location, staff was wonderful across the board, it was very clean and I loved the amenities. I also really loved that the hotel provided toiletries and the continental buffet was one of the better ones I’ve had in this price range.

breakfast was somewhat lacking -- ran out of milk, juice -- items not avail over a few days, fitness room a/c was not working -- it was 84 degrees in the room, our key cards had to be reprogrammed 2 days in a row, the in room trash can was waaay to small for a room with a kitchenette, the pull-out sofa bed mattress was torn/missing foam chunks and had obvious staining, additionally there were no sheets for the sofa bed -- it really was icky.

there was a tear in our comforter there was no sheet or anything for the pullout couch our couch was broken down and when we pulled the mattress out there were seeds and other debris on the mattress. the air did not work consistently

The doors on the room were hard to shut without loud noise and the room above were very noisy (stomping) until around 11pm waking our children.

We loved the space available in the suites for a family of 4 to spread out and the staff was very friendly.

The fitness room was closed. There was no hot tub. They closed the swimming pool also. Very disappointing if you like to work out. There wasn't hardly any food for breakfast Monday morning. They had a little more Tuesday, but ran out of some items. No ice machine.

We had a 2 Queen Suite that was excellent. Having a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher was great. The eating area in the room was very nice.
