The location was great the room was very quiet and will be back next year.

We arrived 1 hour early, was asked to come back later so they can do their was doing a room check, when we arrived we when to our roo.s and our room was not properly cleaned ..there was black hair on the floor and the beds were so loud when you sat on them or moved in them. Breakfast was lacking fresh fruit and juice machines were not working.

The whole property is in need of repair/refresh, from the parking lot to the paint in the rooms. Our room had blood stains on the sheets of one of the beds. No bedding was provided for the sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was gross. The pool was closed for a entire day with no explanation. The breakfast was missing several items that could have been picked up from a grocery store until their "shipment" came in (for example, milk). The management said the disclaimer of staff shortages and supply chain issues when booking covers them from providing any refund or compensation for any of this.

We like the layout of the 2 bedroom option. You can't find that much at other places.

I liked it all staff is friendly place is clean room are clean and comfortable feels more like home than a motel and having a kitchen is great indoor pool is a plus along with the free laundry and tasty breakfast

The carpet felt sticky and gross. There was someone's toothpaste remnants on some of the toiletries. There were partial bags of chips in the cupboard and an old room key laying around. Obviously the cleaning is extremely subpar. Did not seem like there was enough staff working, as there was never anyone at the front desk. We waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to check us in. I even called the hotel to try and get someone to help us, but it just went to voicemail, which was full.

3 out of the 4 nights during my stay it seemed as if there was a baseball team or something staying at the hotel. No issues except they were running up and down the hallways from about 8pm until midnight. I have to get up for work at 4am so it was a little disappointing during sleeping hours for me.

I had to be a work before breakfast was started, so I didn't get to partake in it during my stay. AC was cold, but the room i stayed in had ripped carpet so I tripped on it a few times. Beds were very uncomfortable, the last night of my stay a had to squish centipedes on 3 different occasions because the where crawling up the walls and walking on the bathroom floor.

Our room was not clean the 2 tvs did work and one phone didn’t work . The furniture is old and horrible!! You have done nothing to improve when I stayed there several years ago. My card was charged an extra $50 and had to call and ask, someone should have told me what it was for. No recognition for being an IHG member. Beds are really getting old and along with the furniture to be replaced.

Everything was really good .clean .nice but the bed made a horrible noise like is ready to be replace ..and the tub sounds like is cracked really loud noise if not for those 2 things all wouldve been perfect.

There are no cameras in their parking lot. My vehicle was vandalized and broken into on the second night.

3 weeks prior to my trip I had requested a room on the top. Was confirmed for such room. On arrival I was given the room key, and walked into already occupied. Immediately returned to the desk. Where I was told they they booked someone else in my room. So I was giving another room. Where upon approaching the door. I could hear it too was occupied. Returned to the desk again. Given another room. This one not occupied. However their was a large amount of dust on top of refrigerator that someone had swiped their hand through and housekeeping never cleaned. The box springs on one bed was broken and the bed leaned. A previous guest had decorated the room and there were remnants of them in the corners of the ceiling. one last comment. I had asked the manager if I could moved to the top floor I requested in my reservation the next day. upon checking the computer. She told me they another request for the top floor room and had given my room to them . So with all of that . I cannot recommend this hotel. KA

Unfortunately it had gross dirty dishes in the cabinets, old beat up furniture, grossly stained carpet and couch, rough, low supply towels, and a horrid sof bed mattress, not good enough for even a pet.

This place is very well maintained and clean. Staff was quite pleasant. The location was good, close to a Hy Vee grocery store, close to a few good restaurants.

The hide a bed mattresses in both rooms were worn out. Very uncomfortable. I had reserved the 2 bedroom suite thru bookings.com. found out it was not available when we arrived. But we were given adjoining rooms. Just wish the sofa sleepers had been more comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Hotel was quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed.

we chose this hotel as when we called they stated that they had COVID precautions in place and that people were wearing masks in the common areas which was not the case. Literally zero other people where wearing masks despite signs being up everywhere. We had booked a room for 4 people and were given a room with a queen bed. I’m not sure if that mess up was through Booking or the hotel; but either way it wouldn’t work. When we contacted the front desk the woman couldn’t be ruder; her exact words were “It’s not my problem you’ll have to figure it out”. We worked through Booking.com, and they were somewhat helpful, but the two entities kept playing keep away with who’s responsibility it was to fix the situation. Ultimately they ended up cancelling (although we’ll see if they actually ended up refunding us as Tina at the hotel seemed to not be able to find a cancellation number). All around a sucky way to have spent the end of a 8 hour day of driving.

The property was clean and well maintained however we did not end up staying.

Everything was great!

We came to Omaha because a family member was in Methodist Hospital. The hotel is within walking distance so we didn't have to worry about driving or parking everyday. Several restaurants nearby as well as the Crossroads shopping mall. The hotel room has a kitchen so we were able to cook for ourselves, too. Everything was great, including the cost.

1. No linen service -- had to go get towels for bathing and pool. 2. No one to empty the trash. Four people in one room, there is lots of trash. 3 Had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper. Come on, there are some necessities that I shouldn't have to ask for. Hot tub was broken. Multiple washers were broken.

The laundry services were free. Love the suite, kids in the living room on the sofa bed and parents in their bedroom.
