There are no elevators. Normally wouldn’t be a problem but I have a torn meniscus so it was difficult going up and down the stairs.

Very spacious with being able to park by our room. The rooms were like a two bedroom apartment!! Awesome

The pool area was really run down … rusty fence , torn faded pool chair fabric. There were no cushions at all on the wicker furniture under the grill gazebo. Lots of cigarette butts and trash in landscaped areas.

The first unit we checked into had fleas so they moved us to another compatible, if more worn out, Unit. The carpet leading into the kitchen was shredded ( I couldn't think of a better word) and there were exposed tacks on the baseboard. The vent fan in the bathrooms did not work well and there was trash behind the bed/furniture.

The room we had was perfect for our needs and the parking was very convenient. The 2 bathrooms were such a sanity saver especially when everyone got the urge at the same time!😆 The kit hen was great, although the sink was small and there was no oven but the morning breakfast made up for it beautifully; very filling and a great variety of offerings.

They have a weekly room cleaning service. I suggest that this should be daily or alternate day. Also, menu breakfast need enhancement.

We were given the keys to an occupied room initially. Looked like a homeless encampment surrounded the hotel. Hot tub wasn't working.

The appliances in the room are super outdated. The fridge made this odd noise every 30 mins which scared me throughout the night. The windows are thin you can hear every single noise outside. The room smelled like stale smoke smell even though we were in a nonsmoking room. There were no handicap accessible rooms we were put on the 3rd floor. No elevators to make sure if you can’t get up stairs to say so.

Spacious clean rooms Decent breakfast provided some hot food which is a plus! My family enjoyed the coffee that was provided. One even said it was better than Starbucks.

Suite needs new flooring and furniture in living room. Sink drains in bathrooms need to be cleaned.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. It may have been an accident but there wasn’t an extra toilet paper roll.

The room was a great size, very impressive. I get “extended stay” now, it feels more like an apartment than a hotel/motel room. Breakfast had a great variety. The linens and pillows were nice. The popcorn was a nice touch!

There is no elevator. Our daughter has a disability, she doesn't walk well and it was hard for us to climb the stairs with her to the 3rd floor.

The breakfast was not the best. Sunday morning they ran out of food and didn't bring more out. Breakfast runs 7-9 am could have been a little later especially on the weekend . No gluten free options

The pool gate magnetic strip card lock needs new batteries then programmed and perhaps time clock update afterwards. Blinking red light only on both gates.

No ice the ice machine didn't work and next visit will ask for a ground level very hard for my daughter to get up and down the stairs she is disabled.
