My suggestion would be to install more outside trash containers. Guests generate trash in the kitchen of the units. There were only two outside trash cans findable and they were always full. I was disappointed that the electric cooktop unit took so long to cook food in a skillet or a pot.

The exteriors were well-maintained. The interiors were very nice with a good kitchen and lovely bathrooms and showers.

Room furniture and carpet is tired and stained and ripped. No kettle or toaster in kitchen. Very dated items. Bathroom/toilets very small and vanity area strangely massive! When we were there the contractors were painting the building but money would be better spent on the interiors.

Friendly staff. Good room choices. 2 bedrooms, one with one kids for parents and one room with 2 beds for kids. Handy kitchen and good parking.

Pool heater was broken. Hot tub was working though.

Two bedroom suite with two bathrooms. Parking included. Breakfast was included. With rental car was easy to get there. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast only had sausage on one day and no muffins, one of my favorite items in a breakfast buffet, on any day. You couldn't check-in for flights and print boarding passes on the computer-printer setup in the lobby. Obviously you have had problems. The workaround of checking in on my ipad and sending the passes to the desk for printing worked, but was not as easy.

The room was exceptional.

Not having cleaning supplies because we were there for several days.

The breakfast was really nice. I liked that we had a kitchen for our other meals. We also enjoyed the outside courtyard.

The hotel rooms need a serious renovation. The furniture is old and raggedy. It just looks dirty. It’s not a good look especially when it’s 1 of the options for someone to sleep on. The cushions to the sofa in my room were torn up like an animal did it, the back of the sofa I can see the wood frame. Computer chair had stains.

The location is great and the property is really nice. I liked the pool/jacuzzi and the option to get on the grill if you want. The breakfast was good, a little more than I expected.

The grounds were messy, and several things in our room did not work and no one came to fix them.

We have stayed here many times over the years. Facility needs to be updated — furniture is old, interior doors don’t close completely, etc. Lack of elevator is problematic for us seniors.

Location. Excellent staff (front desk and housekeeping), efficient and pleasant. Exceptional customer service.

While this place is clean, it could certainly use some tlc! I've stayed there numerous times and I'm very comfortable but it could look a little better.

Hot Tub was out for the majority of our stay. Major ant problem that destroyed several pastries we purchased at local bakeries.

The breakfast was decent. We like the size of the rooms it is perfect for our family.

The room key kept locked me and my family out, so we had to replace them pretty much every day.

The breakfast was okay. The eggs were very salty. The couch in our room was too worn in and had holes in it. We wish we could have had more options to watch and use our streaming channels but the TV's weren't smart 🤪

The location was great for us. The room was nice and roomy enough for the family to all be there together.
