Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI found the breakfast pretty awful. Omelettes glued shut with what looked like Velveeta cheese and oatmeal that was thick and indigestible and pre seasoned with cinnamon. Only safe option was toast or a bagel ... or yogurt. And no milk for tea.
The structure of the suite suited us perfectly as there were three of us. We each had our own bed, a seating area and a very functional kitchen area and shared bathroom.

United StatesEvening staff was rude, am breakfast was not fully stocked and I kept asking for items, master bath toilet seat was peeling and inside toilet was dirty. In addition, maintenance was called bc toilet had issues flushing in second bathroom and bathroom door came off the hinged due to stipped wood. I had to request a light bulb for the living room. The hot water was not really hot. Furniture and the room was not updated and modern. I noticed a lot of minor maintenance issues that needed to be done.
Room size, day shift staff was nice. The room was clean mostly.

United StatesI didn't like that they put a hold of $70 on my card in case of damages since I used a third party to book the room. I also didn't like how long the stove took to boil some water and how loud the dishwasher was. Also, I didn't like having to go to the front desk almost everyday for coffee. I think that should they should already put enough in the room for the amount of days you stay there.
I liked that they served free dinner Monday through Wednesday with beer or wine. I thought that was awesome. I also liked the free breakfast and complimentary items.

United StatesI could hear the dogs from other rooms late into the night and the upstairs guests until after 1 AM. The staff member at check in told us breakfast was at 6:30. We came down to find it was actually 7:30 since it was Saturday. We would have made other arrangements had we known the correct time.
The breakfast was acceptable. The staff was polite. The room was the best part. Very comfortable.

United KingdomOnly one washing machine for the whole hotel, the others were out of order and no reply to my email complaining about the situation. Night staff too busy on their mobile phones texting and made me wait at reception until they had finished texting - poor customer service. Hotel was dated and communal areas were scruffy. Really disappointed by this hotel after paying the amount we did. Won’t be staying here again.

United StatesRowdy lacrosse kids were running rough the halls playing tag and screaming, and no staff members addressed it even though they were present and saw it happening and disturbing other guests. The sofa bed didn’t have any bedding with it. Breakfast was okay, but nothing really good.
The suite style hotel room is great for groups who want to be together but need some space.

United StatesMy room had a TERRIBLE smell. I called the front desk and asked if there were other rooms available. It smelled like cleaner and old tuna fish. Disgusting. The guy said no other rooms available. He could bring me cleaning supplies. I asked if tere were any marked as having a bad smell before. He said he couldn't tell but would bring cleaning supplies. He NEVER brought cleaning supplies. We had a little air freshener. We we lucky the bedroom didn't smell

I was waiting at the front desk for extra towels for nearly 5 minutes before someone arrived to the counter to assist. She did not apologize for my wait. It’s a nice location but not well represented by the front desk staff
The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast, there was a nice variety. The location worked well for us, we were touring University of Delaware which was 10 minutes away. We also visited Christiana Mall & the casino which were both approx 10 minute drive, as well.
