Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere wasn’t a thing I did not love about Stellar.
This property was absolutely fantastic! We now have a place we will stay everytime we travel to Louisville. The suite was clean, beautiful and affordable. There is a sink, small fridge/freezer and had cooking pans and pots in the cabinet. Even with the parking garage around the corner, it was a small walk but during the walk was able to check out the buildings in the surrounding area. You will not go wrong with your stay here!!

United StatesParking on the street was tricky. Certain times of day, it was really hard to find a park. Some other small improvements could be made like the room we were in needed some ottomans for the chairs and maybe a TV in the bedroom area. We also didn't have a luggage rack, which would've been very nice. We hate sitting our luggage on the ground. Lastly, the walls were maybe a little thin or something, because hallway noise was a problem. We were awakened both mornings by loud footsteps, doors closing, and people talking outside of our room.
The place was very clean and cute. We liked the coffee in the hallway and the little seating area. We also loved the keyless entry. It was nice to have some snacks in the room as well, though we didn't have any. But just knowing if we did get the munchies that something was there was nice (though they were a little overpriced). We also loved all the shops and restaurants close by. What a hip neighborhood!

Great spacious rooms were excellently equipped with amenities. The room was very clean and it is in a great location. We parked in the lot around the corner for $17 and we were able to walk to many great restaurants and bars.

The location was fantastic and each room was unique and charming. Checking in and out was super easy and we appreciated that because we were just using it as a stopping point for traveling and were in and out!

United StatesThe $45 cleaning fee was a surprise. The price listed on Booking.com was 129. After all was said and done the price was $198 - I felt a bit duped. But my friend had already booked. Had a 50 cent charge after staying from "incidentals" but have no idea what that would have been for.
Beautiful, stylish. Many living plants, gorgeous oriental rugs. Large rooms with yoga mat/ blocks. Snacks, books, art. The decor was very hip. Felt like a boho home. Games in the main area. Neighborhood was vibrant. Great communication and lots of information about area/ Louisville from owners.

The fact that someone took time to leave party hats and hang a bday banner was just the right kind of extra that our daughter will never forget. United StatesSmall improvements could be made- there were only medium + light roast coffee K-cups available in the breakfast area, some dark roast options would be preferred. It also would have been nice to know ahead of time there is no elevator, so climbing the stairs with heavy luggage/bags isn't ideal, but manageable. And there is only street parking available if you don't want to pay $46 for a parking garage, again it's manageable but if you arrive at a busy time for the many restaurants/bars in the area, you may have to hunt a while for parking or park a block or two away.
Great suite, great location. Manager was incredibly responsive and friendly- we felt bad to try to contact her at 10:45pm on Christmas Eve, but we could not locate bedding for the pullout sofa, and she returned our text immediately even though it was a holiday! That is fantastic service. And the email communication was very clear, check-in was a breeze and if we had read the arrival packet more closely we would not have even needed to bother the manager with our question. It also had great information about the food and entertainment options in the immediate NuLu area.
