Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMy only suggestions would be to add dish towels in the kitchenette so guests don't have to use paper towels to dry dishes or wipe. Also, given there is not someone at a "front desk", it would have been nice to have a phone number to text/call, just in case. I didn't end up needing it, but was looking to have it just in case and did not see one readily visible in the communication. But these are nits, the overall stay was really great.
I loved the location, the design/look of the space, and the little details like local products, etc, were all great. The kitchenette was well stocked and I really appreciated the hot pot so I didn't have to use a microwave to heat things up! The bed was extremely cozy and comfortable. Really the location in Nulu was unbeatable.

United StatesOur room was all by itself on the lower level next to a store. For us the area wasn't that appealing, we don't remember seeing any "old people" everyone we saw had young families or at that age where a bar was the thing to do. Looking at the map it seemed like it was downtown but you were a way from the heart of Louisville. The pictures were little deceiving, it shows a building with the hotel name on it,thinking the whole building was it. Didn't really show the area around it

United StatesDid not have an oven. The bathroom ceiling over the shower was rusted and peeling. The parking is horrible. Had to drive around for 20 minutes waiting for parking spot to open because it’s a busy area. Was not informed of the washer and dryer on site until the last night there when my fiancé happened to ask staff about a laundromat. Had to ask for extra towels and trash bag. It should accommodate for the number of days guest are staying. One trash bag for a 5 day stay.
Quiet. Comfortable bed. Close to a lot of restaurants.

United StatesThe bed had a weird dip in the middle -- it felt a bit like a hammock. The coffee maker in the communal area wasn't working. There were noisy guests that kept us up until after 2am -- they were walking back and forth in the hallway and talking loudly, and I guess the soundproofing wasn't good because we could hear everything. The hallway floor is especially creaky.
Great location -- near a little section of downtown with good restaurants and shops. The room was large, attractive, and clean.

United StatesWater temperature is extremely hot. Could be unsafe for some people.
It was a phenomenal “loft” style suite overlooking market St amenities including restaurants, retail spaces, and nightlife locations. Just a few minutes drive to the expo center and many many other downtown resources. I’d say for the price Stellar Suites was about as top notch as I could’ve possibly asked for; “stellar” to say the least.
