They pool was not open. With 20 kids in our group, that was a big disappointment.

The staff were AWESOME! Location to OSU is a perk. They motel has some wear but the rooms are clean. We will definitely book rooms again for the group. Breakfast was hot, and staff kept it stocked.

On check-in we found an old, stiff pair of men’s underwear on the floor!! We didn’t report it, just threw it in the trash. Ran out of breakfast things early some days.

The bathroom was dirty, the floor looked like it had not been mopped or even swept. And the toilet did not look clean. The bathroom as a whole was dirty. The room wasn’t as bad as the bathroom. The pillows were not good. They were very lumpy and uncomfortable. The bed was pretty comfortable.

The WiFi didn't work properly. Our Apple iPhones phones worked in other motels/hotels but the login window failed to show at this location until the second trip to front desk personnel couldn't log-in either. On the 3rd day we managed to log-in. The indoor pool and hot tub were "closed for repair" but looked fine to us from our overlooking windows

The room was nicely prepared with fresh linen and located away from elevator as requested. Our late night sign in went smoothly and clerk was present and very friendly/informative on restaurants that were open late at night. Nice hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, rolls, biscuits but no fruit.

Poor Wi-Fi connection and cell coverage was not good there either so hard some challenges.

Nice rooms, some facing inside but on our request we moved to one facing outside. Great breakfast with hot keto friendly options, nice scrambled eggs, sausage and sausage gravy.

The main light going into the room wasn't working. The other lights worked just fine. The computers didnt allow me to connect a USB so I can print something off despite there being a printer in the area. The computers also only allowed you to be on for a certain amount of time which, if I remember, isnt a lot of time.

The room had what I needed and the bed was comfy.

The facility needs some maintenance and an update to make it nice. One of the booths seatbacks at breakfast wasn't attached, our bathroom had damaged sheetrock, guest room and hallway walls are a dingy yellow color. A new coat of paint and some updates would make it a nice place.

I booked well in advance for a 3 night weekend to attend an OSU game and got a room for appx $110 per night; which is a really good deal since other hotels within walking distance to the stadium were on the $300+ per night range. It was walkable to the OSU stadium, about 1.5 miles, but easy for us and all the streets have sidewalks. The included breakfast was nice, if unchanging. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cold cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, plus coffee and juice. The hotel had all the facilities we could want, an indoor atrium, workout room, pool and hot tub, business center plus free parking.

I was uncomfortable walking to my car a couple times, some guys were hanging out in the parking lot smoking what smelled like marijuana. I saw a couple other people the last night smoking the same, and I believe at least one of them worked there. Marijuana is legal here medicinally, but I don’t want to have to walk by people smoking it outside. Maybe the hotel should allot a space for smoking instead of outside the side door. Also, the side door does not lock and anyone can walk into the building without being seen. Definitely worrisome.

You can tell this used to be a ritzy place, beautiful building, rooms were quite nice. Our room had a sliding patio door that opened up to the pool area. It did make it kinda humid in the room but the air conditioner was heaven! Staff were very nice when I spoke with them and I enjoyed the breakfast provided. I got the room as a last minute “late escape “ due to needing to stay in Stillwater to be with my grandma in the hospital. She was and is actively passing. The hotel took a lot of stress off of me financially and provided a safe, clean place to recoup. It’s located in an area with plenty of food options as well as near a Walmart for incidentals since this was an unplanned stay. I would definitely stay here again. Maybe even be able to enjoy the indoor hot tub and pool. It is an older building, but I feel pretty well kept for its age.

The place was very dirty. Elevator floor was filthy. Public areas that were tiled needed to be cleaned. Outside trash receptacles were full.

The best part was make your own waffles. Of the 4 night stay, orange juice was only available 1 day. Ran out of bowls for cereal. Only coffee no water for tea or tea bags.

Breakfast was really terrible honestly this last time I stayed, the cook wasn't even keeping up with keeping food out and didn't taste very good either but it's the first time I am disappointed so I can't complain.
