The property definitely needs lots of updating. Coffee was awful and everything was out of order.

The prices of my rooms with the pool closed and that they tell you no service for 3 days. I am sorry but for the price of my rooms, i should have been the one to decide if i wanted housekeeping or not. I also didn't like the cleanliness of the jacuzzi tub or that the fixtures were loose. They looked like they were going to fall off. And the shower head just hung there, and you could not adjust it.

Loreen was really helpful and friendly. And the maintenance man (sorry, I don't remember his name) was also helpful and friendly. I loved the peaceful atmosphere.

No one was hardly ever at the front desk. always had to call “0” from a desk phone. Nothing bad to complain about.

Housekeeping removed all the soap and shampoo after my first day. They also took my paper coffee cup (out of which I'd only drunk water) and left a used coffee cup with stains in the bottom. The door was so hard to open that I had to use both hands to push down the door handle and throw my shoulder against the door to get it open. There rarely was any staff to be seen, either at the front desk or in the breakfast room. The breakfast was mediocre; the potatoes they had as part of the "hot" breakfast were cold and soggy - they appeared to be prepackaged potatoes that had simply been opened and dumped into the serving pan.

The room was clean, quiet and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the room had extra quilts available for use. The lobby was attractive, and there was plenty of parking near the entrance.

The property had coffee, cookies, etc. up front for grabs, which means a lot after a long day of traveling. The staff was exceptional, with an easy check in/check out process.

Housekeeper tried to enter the room at 8 am to clean without knocking or acknowledging who she was. Our initial thought was a stranger/intruder. We informed her we were sleeping. She came back half hour later trying to enter the room again. She then informed us we needed to but the do not disturb on the door and she would not bother us again. I travel extensively and I can't recall a time that staff tried to enter my room with saying "housekeeping" and tapping on the door. Luckily we always but the security latch on the door when we sleep.

It was pretty good. We liked looking out and seeing the corn fields. There were plenty of electric plug ins. We liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

The heater in the room was very loud. Woke me up every time it kicked in. I ended up shutting it down. When I told the front desk he just said “ ok”

The pool was out of order that was the main reason I book this hotel they didn’t let me know ahead of time that the pool he’s been out for over a week otherwise everything was excellent

Breakfast was horrible, no one there attending for needs, cleaning after others made spills/mess. No one restocking condiments or food. Limited condiments. Limited food. Burned or hard food! Water for coffee was not even hot but instead room temperature. I asked for rooms to be next to each other upon booking and once checking in i was told they were sold out, what was the purpose of online booking. Chose this hotel as well due to having indoor pool, again once arriving kids were eager to get in it. To their disappointment it was closed due to chemical shortage issues.

The property itself was nice, however the check in process was lengthy, and I don’t think it is SAFE to keep visitors NAMES, numbers, and CARD NUMBERS on the front desk on paper for anyone to see and read. that made me extremely uncomfortable. we got the wrong room, however the check in process took too long so we just didn’t say anything since we had a place to be.

the property was hidden off the road so it was very quiet inside and outside!
